Totally agree. Been living here going on 10 years now and our current road infrastructure is so irritating but all the city is worried about is bringing more people in.

Nice video....Well planned floor plan. Is this by the Six Flags or the other side of Santa Clarita? I wish there are houses which are acre apart soon in Santa Clarita. We are NOT used to small subdivision lot. We just sold one of our properties there and will be looking to add another one soon.
I love it! But don't like the Taxes and insurance! Prefer to be Free, oh I know, let's buy in Dorado Beach Puerto Rico or Palmas del Mar

No. It's in the Golden Valley/Via Princessa area. Just off 14 freeway
You call them party home when neighborhoods like that the less they want is noise. 😆 I love my canyon country away from complains. Too expensive with very little land

This house is NOT my cup of tea bags t the starting price point is impressive.
