Don’t like the side turning in 3rd car garage, good luck parking anything that’s not compact in there and having to turn in. Back in the day we had 3 car garages side by side and with lots of space in the garage for large SUV’s, you’d think they’d make them bigger in new homes with cars getting bigger. I do like that it’s 1 story, will save on energy as the upper level tends to be warmer than the lower level. Regarding purchasing upgrades vs. hiring a Home Depot contractor to put in a pool being cheaper, sure it’s not in your mortgage but you can refinance with cash out for that stuff later and get a better interest rate so that’s not really an issue vs. using their bank and also everything costs more.

Can you show us a non model home, standing inventory, without all these options?

You can cash out financing to roll upgrades into your mortgage if you go with a private contractor and it's cheaper, also you won't have to pay annual property taxes on the upgrades you do yourself. A win-win in my book. Hire your own interior designer that can make it pop like the staging people are doing or hire the staging people yourself. Good size backyard and side yard. Nice high side wall for privacy.

The house was laid out nice, but some of the decor was hideous. Those yellow decor pillows have to go, especially the ones in the den/hangout room near the entrance. And as an artist some of these paintings were off putting. And the curtains and chairs in the great room were out dated. As a plus, the backyard/pool was awesome, the Master was great, as well as the mudroom, and the kitchen was absolutely beautiful! 😍 👌🏾Great video Danny! Keep up the good work!

HOA is cheap. Just looked at a development outside of Hilton Head, SC and the HOA was over $9k a year. Golf membership was an extra one time fee of $15k and then $5k a year.

You didn't show the pantry, or was it a prep kitchen?

This place is gorgeous. I'm sure we could figure out how to live here!

How is life like in Yorba Linda? Is quiet and peaceful or is it like LA? And do you have access to cultural resturants and diversity?

Nice interior, it says in the video this is a $2million dollar home though. Funny how they say the Ring doorbell is included in a $2million dollar home lol, I mean it's like maybe $150-$200?

I LOVE The floor plan! I love the overall design, but I agree with other comments! It’s a little too much in my opinion. Too many patterns! The architecture of the home is breathtaking though!

Also, I would like if you showed the neighborhood as well! I’m so weird! I love just looking at the neighborhood and seeing the vibe of it. Don’t know if this is possible due to privacy concerns, but if you can I’d enjoy that lol

The inside of the houses are never as nice as the outside of house the outside has character and warmth but the inside is ugly boxy modern open concept very trendy
