    Massive Backyard. The Pool is a little bit lost in there. Overall a nice spot - but worth 1.5 Million? Definetly no. For this price carpet is a no go for example.

    I find it amusing when people think that a home like this should be affordable by the average income earner. 1.5M is definitely reasonable to those in the market for a home like this.

    @@jayflaggs Interesting that you know my income status. This house not worth even a million. My own house is built with steel, stone and concret and not with some cheap wood with plaster on it. No carpet, everything is equipped with tiles or laminate even in the basement Even tile in the bathrooms and not fiber.The problem in the us housing market. Huge space, high ceelings, nice design but the structure is cheap. So who wonders - a little bit windy and the houses fly away. By the way - my own house lets say i paid 700k overall and another 100k upgrades done by myself. But this building is for lifetime.
