Great video! For 2023, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.

@Craig Daniels Given current recession pressures, it is unlikely that the stock will yield substantial returns in the near term. However, it may be a suitable investment opportunity. I will monitor market conditions and consider purchasing when there is an improvement in the relevant economic indicators, any idea which stocks this may be?

The Mikesell Home! They have a youtube channel and one of the videos was them giving a house tour. I'm surprised they are already selling it. The house is contingent on Zillow so looks like it will go soon! Hope the family is doing well, I haven't seen any new videos from them in a while.

Stunning! They'd have sweet return if the sell it for full ask. A $1m gain in 16months. Sheeeeet.

I'm obsessed. I watch hundreds of videos like this and this house is my favorite. It has everything I would want and the decor is perfection. I would love to build something like this one day.

This house is beautiful. I’d pick this house up and move it to a bigger lot with minor changes to the layout and stay there forever. What a well appointed floor plan for a family. The amount of storage is incredible! Another smooth and detailed tour from the Coleman Dancer team!

I’ll nitpick a bit for you…. The tile work in the showers is pretty bad, also the crown molding is gappy, obvious seams. In my experience when the finish work is subpar, there are allot more issues you can’t see.

I've watched a lot of home videos and your videos are some of the best I've seen. Nice introduction and no incessant annoying comments during the home tour. Thanks for sharing!

The house is beautiful -- there is even a drinking fountain but no fireplace in that gorgeous master bath.

I’m usually quite critical of homes this size, but this one is spectacularly well-designed. The rooms are cozy, spaces are proportionately sized, and instead of an echoey, unfriendly double height living room and massive lawyer foyer you have comfortable, human-sized spaces. The builder and designer should be proud!

I love this home! Down to the open concept of the kitchen, to the backyard bbq grill and chill spot. I can see myself outside many days just looking at the stars. The ebb and flow is amazing. Now this is what I call home ❤😊

Wow! Massive living! I love everything about this house from the interior color palette to the exterior masonry. Perfect color combinations from the laundry room navy/black cabinets. The size of the room is perfect. I would want a chair to sit and fold 😊. Having the refrigerator tucked away in another area is different. Almost like a mini kitchen. The office wall/furniture/shelves color is perfect. Deep grey could be a deep olive but it looks grey. LR is cozy! Again love the natural earth tone colors throughout the house. Love the open concept of the kitchen and LR. Haven’t seen the “booth” look in a kitchen in years. One of my HS classmates had a booth in their kitchen that was my first time seeing it. Love the door that exits to the covered porch in the owners suite. Large walk in shower in master bedroom…Bonus room upstairs can serve as a theater room. Oh there appears to be plenty of closet storage in which every home needs. Overall I love everything about this gorgeous home! 😊. Congrats to the new owners! 🎉🎉

They pay for the community. The club house gold courses, horses on property. If you wanted a $3mil house with land they sell those down the way. It’s just preference.

It is a beautiful home. However, a home this size and price point; should have a large formal dining room. In addition, there should be an exercise room or basement for exercise; instead of utilizing one of the two garages.

Prior to COVID or even in 2020 this house would have only been $1 million. Yes, this house is nice. Is it $3 million nice? Not even close. Inflation has made things absolutely crazy. Total tragedy.

You have a beautiful huge $3 mill house only to have your neighbors right next to you practically a few feet away... The house is perfect but I would definitely need to put up some privacy bushes or just build on a bigger lot.

Big ol houses with small rooms. I love the homes, but very rarely see bedrooms that I like. I wonder if there is a formula or some reason why the bedrooms are so small?

is this house for sale or is this just for show? i have seen this house before,,,it belongs to a family who are you tube vloggers,,,forgot their names but i remember they gave a house tour and its so beautiful that its not the type of home you would ever forget,,,they sell blankets that wrap around your mattress or something,,,,surprised they would sell this house,,,its still new
