I've read all the complaining comments from all the critics. Let me add some positive comments. This thing is awesome! I have spent half of my 67 years living in 'mobile' homes from 32' to 70' double wides and I must say that this unit knocks it out of the park. The vaulted ceilings make such a tremendous difference. The kitchen is far better than anything I have seen on the market. Pantry? Not even new home construction offers a pantry and for me this is a huge selling point. That pantry can serve as a safe room! The master shower blows my mind! The extra large windows provides so much light and combined with the vaulted ceiling the visual appeals is unsurpassable. You did a nice job with the tour!

Love this home. In the master closet, they already had an area for hanging dresses. I would add another row of rods under the long rod to maximize space, or put in additional built in drawers in that area. The storage room could be used for blankets, suitcases, etc and emergency foods. Definitely get rid of the carpets. Love this!

Amazing ....for a person with loads of stuff, this home is like going to storage heaven. I agree that no separation of the master bath is odd (even though the toilet has a nice non-claustrophobic privacy room) but I'm sure something could be customized by the builder or a later contractor. I would find a way to install some kind of door just to keep moisture etc. relegated to the bathroom. I think his 'pantry dance' would have to be upgraded for this home, and that storage room beggars belief. Fantastic to find a home these days where you don't enter directly into the living spaces, and what a lot of optional areas for a TV area, a library, a games table, a tea table ... whatever. Although I live alone, I could easily make this a cozy dream home.

They do need to add good lighting in all the closets. Something that probably bothers only me and is a easy fix, is the wall color…it’s just too yellowing, I’d use a medium-light blue gray to lighten /brighten/ make the rooms happier ☺️🥰♥️ Carpeting helps quieten kids noise, adults high heels and boot noise, and keeps the floors warmer, especially if on a slab, etc. But, I do like the look of wooden floors, so maybe there is a compromise that could be made. I definitely want a couple of fireplaces, and a gas stove 6 burner stove in the kitchen, love the microwave/ oven wall, and would like a baking area with a marble slab for pie crust, cookies, candy. ♥️

Some folks ALWAYS remove their shoes at the entry way. I definitely feel that wearing filthy, germ laden outdoor shoes in the house is just plain 🤢 🤮 gross. It's also an easy way to keep all surfaces & the air in the home cleaner! 😊 I agree that carpet is also undesirable as it traps all kinds of unspeakable filth and a breeding ground for mites ... Many carpets exude VOC's and can cause breathing problems ...

I’ve been watching videos for 1-1/2 years now of homes and by far this is the most beautiful one I have EVER seen. Tytyty. Now, when I win the lottery, I’ll be getting this one.for sure. Wow! Breathtaking!

Finally!!! A mobile home with unique character!!! I totally love the kitchen and great room. That storage room is perfect for people who prefer to hibernate during the winter. I would have to learn how to become a coupon queen so that I can fill up both the storage and pantry with dry goods and can goods. Then fill up the refrigerator and a stand up freezer. I would not have to leave hardly at all. I also love love love the master suite! The only thing I would change is add a shower wand as well as the rain shower head in the master bath. I even love how it was staged. I would want to buy it all exactly as it is. I would just pack my suitcase and a few necessities and move right in, haha Thank you so much for finding this one.

I'm a newbie here, LOVE the space with it's nooks and crannies and hide away pantry with quirky angles with really awesome designs throughout the WHOLE inside, definitely was not expecting this surprising joy from the looks of the outside! Sunshine in from the rain 💞

I saw this home in Missoula, Montana. The door to the pantry in the kitchen is called a Smuggler's door because it looks like more cabinetry and you wouldn't expect a whole other room there. The door is one where you kind of have to push on it in a certain way for it to open. You could install a lock from the inside and kind of use it as a safety hiding spot in the case of home invaders. It was a really cool feature.

I usually watch Chance but saw your alert come up. I think.you did an excellent job. And out of the the homes I have seen in the last 6 months, this is by far the biggest and nicest. The layout is beautiful and the kitchen was amazing. I didnt like the carpet in the dining room and would want a larger fridge. But other then that it was perfect.

I love it. For me I'll change the wall colors the cabinets counter tops fixtures the trim and the outside colors I would have to lighten up the place to dark for me. I would decorate to my liking. Such a beautiful set up. Thanks for sharing.

This home is AMAZING! I LOVE- LOVE the kitchen and the hidden pantry. I also LOVE that storage room. I do preserve food & Can, so that would be perfect, plus there's room for a freezer in there too. The laundry room is different then Ive ever seen too. I like it!!! I like the single sink in the 1st bathroom. I prefer more counter space, and I never liked the double sink thing. The master bedroom blows my mind. This house is spectacular!!!!

Love this home! Whoever commented that it had too much wasted space must like to live in a coffin or a cocoon! The storage room is a plus! I would put it to good use with office supplies & my crafting inventory ect... There is a place for extra fridge or freezer. Great if man and/or woman hunt to put Deer, Elk, Boar, Turkey meat in! I would add a nice sitting porch in front and a huge deck in back facing my wooded area intend to have! Perfect setting of house at where in the summer the sun does not come into main windows to keep home cool, and the sun does come more thru windows in the winter to utilize it for heating! Need that A/C, depending. I didn't notice central air ducts in the tour, but then I was not looking either.

I feel the same way Katherine! I was surprised when I read what they wrote & another one said “there was a lot of wasted space???” 😂 Not for me there isn’t! It is what drew me to the design! The openness & airiness of these rooms and it is spacious looking & feeling! Just love this overall design &’only changes I would make is probably a double front door, if possible & more windows ( as he is walking up to house long stretches with no windows!)! I have to have lots of windows & the bigger the better so not so dark inside! Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing! Most beautiful kitchen design ever! Love all his designs!🌸

Check the floors or lower walls for the ducts. Here in the northwest, we don't put our vents in the ceiling as hot air rises. We live in colder climates and want to keep as much warmth as possible down low.

I want this home omg I paid 375 thousand an acre of land but would trade for this an an acre I lost my husband an when he passed I bought to quick to get us out of where we were alone but after 9 1/2 years of care giving an taken care of my late husband he would have loved this for us have two kids-and just remarried Omg I’m in love

what a beautiful home, i would love to make this my forever home! i have been watching home tours now for most shy of a year and there is nothing else out there that compares (as far as i have seen anyways)

I love this home. Everything looks great.

Very interesting home. Loved the kitchen. When I caught a glimpse of that pantry area, I was thinking maybe it was a hidden one, but then I saw those shelves above it and didn't think it could be. How nice that it actually was! Loved that extra storage area. Laundry room was a nice size, but I would replace that desk with a hall tree and bench. With as big as this home is, I'm surprised the guest bedrooms didn't have walk in closets. I think there's a lot of wasted space in the master with that entrance. Though it is nice that you don't see the bed as soon as you walk in. Not sure about there not being a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom especially when one person is trying to sleep. It would be noisy. Tfs Nate! Saving this one in my Nice parts of Home playlist for the kitchen, pantry, and storage.

They need to install a sliding barn door that matches the bathroom cabinetry. That way it can be closed so you can stand there and dressed and shaved, blow dry your hair etc. and have some privacy. At least if someone walks into the bedroom to let you know that company showed up or whatever the case may be, they’re not walking in on you while your butt naked!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this home. We TOTALLY disagree with the comments claiming that the wrap around kitchen counter is "outdated". It is EXACTLY what we want and need, as we entertain several friends from our church and have various potlucks on Sundays. The kitchen counters, especially the vegetable prep area with the sink, will definitely come in handy for us, as I absolutely love to cook. To all the naysayers, we respond with a big eye roll, head shake and several "tsk, tsks"!

It just needs a sliding barn door so you can slide it close when you go in and have some privacy since you’re walking around in there undressed before and after you shower and hopefully not wake up your partner with the noise running water and when you’re blow drying your hair etc

I wouldn't have a door going between bathroom and bedroom and I like walk in showers with no door but the shower would have to be longer it's so nice not having to keep the darn glass clean. My shower was the right size 4.5 W x 6.5 L. I moved and sure do miss my shower!

This manufactured home is just Awesome I wish I could see it in person we love to have in south carolina put you are to far would love to have bigger porch, like it was said no carpet in the dinning room & round were you can put bar stools how many bedrooms & bathroom can you add garage later. What color does manufactured home come in.

It’s got the vibes of an 80’s-90’s lake house. It’s probably changed some in the 3 years since this video. I LOVE the hidden pantry. I LOVE the storage room with shelves. I would put hardwood down from the dining room throughout living room and sun room. Only I would use the sunroom as an extension of the living room, turn a massive sectional the opposite direction as here and put a 93” tv on the wall where that sunroom is. Change the style of door there. Having room for all the barstools takes away the need for another table & chair…plus it’s not really a “sunroom”. And there’s plenty of room for a large 6-8 person dining room table in the DR. I’d turn the activity room across from kitchen into a guest bedroom, even if it were a pull out sofa or daybed. I’d eliminate the desk in the laundry room. Put a tankless water tank and the heating system in there. Use that space in the storage room for the entrance to a basement. And def tile the shower all the way up. Maybe even stretch it 10’ more if need be 😂

This has everything! I like the window in the shower in MB. LOVE the utility room and the extra storage room. VERY nice hitchen!!!

Master closet could be used as a nursery until you're ready to give the child their own space, it's huge!

I love this floor plan and is exactly what I am looking for!

I've gone thru hundreds of builds and I think this is "The One" for me. The more I watch nothing compares. The only thing i can think can top it is my own build. A bunch more later and I Keep coming back to this one. Thanks so much Nate, Aidin, & Family!!!! My sons name is Aidin also ^_^

Honestly.. it’s gorgeous. However, the placement of several rooms just wow!! A lot of useless space. We are actually looking for a double or triple wide right now and I would love to see if this home had the option to add two bedrooms in place of all that storage. The kitchen is just amazing!! Love the formal dinning area but that would have looked better beside the kitchen as opposed to when u walk in the door, that’s the first thing you see. Personally I like seeing a comfy living room first. That’s just me though, I’m sure that this home and it’s lay out is perfect for others.

That would be my husband's office area. I'd just designate the space differently. I was surprised that there wasn't at least a half bath in this home. Your guests have to walk all the way around the bend, near the bedrooms. I don't care for the double doors to the master bedroom. I would like a set of double doors to the master bath. Just different knobs. That storage with shelves, is a preppers dream! All in all, this is a beautiful home! I'd love to have it!

Love everything about this home. A person would be crazy not to like it. By far my favorites home ever.

I think it’s so rude for people to compare you to another creator. I think you’re doing an excellent job and as much as I like chance I enjoy your more relaxed demeanor more. It’s just different tastes and personalities for different people. I think you’ll be better received across the board, your soothing and easy to listen to.

I'm in love. Just a couple of tweaks in the options box & it's freaking perfect. Will definitely be contacting Kit's for more info. Great video, keep it up!

if you google pinehurst 2510 you can see the 3d walkthrough. Husband and I ordered the one at Gillispie Homes. Check out their 3d walkthrough. They did some upgrades in their model.

Nice home with a great kitchen. I know you were talking about Chance’s pantry dance! I’m glad you still use the terms master bedroom and master bathroom.

I love this home. Hardwood floors and a sliding door and a garage I would add for my home....,💛💛💛💛

I LOVE THE LAYOUT! I would add sky lite in the master bath , over kitchen island and in the hallway in front of main bathroom. I would take the suggestion and put french double doors by the breakfast eating area. with wood floors flowing from the foyer to the dinning and following the curve of the nook and for the stools then pouring into the breakfast area. I would also exchange double sinks for one deep stainless sink. And nothing else! Oh wait! I would add a three car garage entering through the laundry room. Ok thats it!

I would want a 9x12 roof. I could put in a room upstairs if I decided to do it. Those dark colors would have to go. The master bath needs a six foot jetted tub in it.

Love the ceiling angles. Love the kitchen and hidden pantry! I would order it without flooring and do an upgrade of hardwood or plank tile. I would also upgrade the countertops with real granite or quartz. Master bath needs a door. I like the bedroom doors. Love how spacious it is!

I love the wide open bathroom entry I hate feeling disconnected from room to bathroom and as long as the toilet has a door which it does. I personally never close the door as a mom I don't have that privilege, after eight children I have just gotten so used to leaving it open to be able to hear mischief that I would never close it anyway.

I'm in love with this home, the only two things that I would change is on the outside of one of the corners it's not square which looks very odd, and on the inside the master shower was a little bit of a let down compared to the rest of the house, but I think I found my retirement home!

I love this house, especially the kitchen and pantry. I did not like the carpeting in the main living areas, would want to upgrade to hardwood. The major drawback was the lack of a bathroom door in the master bedroom, otherwise it is a beautiful home.

Love this home. Office / Activity room is a great spot to put a stairway if you place this home on a basement foundation.

Very NICE for a "Triple Wide." Disappointed there's NO TILE in the Bathrooms. The Cabinets are lovely though, and the Countertops and Backsplash as well.

This is without a doubt a gorgeous home. I want to point out a couple of things about your tour. You mentioned how high the cabinet over the refrigerator is. No woman wants to hear there's places she can't reach. Tell us it's a great place to store those things we don't use very often. Stress how much storage is in the kitchen, how convenient the seating around the counter will be since the children or guests can be quite near but not underfoot. You missed so many opportunities to stress the positive. Don't say there isn't a light in the closet - say they probably haven't time to install it yet. Tell about those sturdy wooden shelves everywhere and the wooden poles in the closets for your clothing. Stress the quality. This manufacturer didn't use those wire racks that everyone hates. By the way in the dining room there's space for a much bigger table for those family gatherings and a BUFFET for serving the food not a bar. Off the kitchen is a BREAKFAST ROOM. Draw attention to how much seating is available in this house. Between the dining room, the breakfast room and the counter in the kitchen you can have all your friends and family... They are buying a home for their family. Stress how wonderful this place will be for their family.

I love all the eating space! That's great for inviting family and friends over! I love it! Only thing, I would want 2 closets in the master bedroom!

Wow, this is huge! The kitchen, pantry and storage room are fantastic. I would definitely want to change a couple things. Way less carpet. Instead if the breakfast nook and the office area I'd want a fourth bedroom and a 3rd bathroom thats more spacious with a nice deep and wide tub. Ceiling fans throughout and doors for the master bathroom.

i prefer my sinks especially in bathrooms, under the counters, just easier to clean, and keep water inside sink.

It can be done that way. Its an upgrade though. You can even upgrade to granite countertops.
