This is a lovely home!! I normally don't care for the brown tones, but it looks really nice in this home. The floor plan is awesome and so functional! I love Deer Valley homes. If I were ready to buy a home right now, that's the brand I would go with. They have such great designs, and I love that they let you customize them. That master closet is amazing. 💕❤.

The back board may be part of a railroad tie bit the hooks to hang your coat on are the railroad 'spikes' Lovely home. I didn't hear you mention a price ballpark or the states where these homes are available in.

I believe the spot that looks like a coat rack, bench and cubby holes are referred to as a hall tree. (At least that’s what they were called when I was growing up. And the nails are railroad spikes.

They can make any doorway 36" or even do double door entrances. They can also do grab bars anywhere requested as well as handicap roll in showers and raised toilets. They are awesome!!

I do like kitchen windows. And the single stainless steel sink with the spring faucet. Love the colors of gray. And the family room with the extra bedroom to the side is great for my craft room. I really like the space it gives for that because I do so many different things in crafting, I could use that extra space right now.

Hey Big Dave! First of all, I love hearing you talk - your accent, your vocal tonality and timbre - very soothing. I'm a Southerner (Northeastern Arkansas, close to Memphis), so it's just dandy to hear someone who sounds more like I do.😊 Anyway, I've seen this house before on Deer Creek website and a couple of other KZread channels. But, I gotta give you props because I like your tour the best. There's just something about your descriptions and your sense of humour - endearing. Hey Big Dave.👋 Was a Great Tour. You Are Very Personable and a J🙂y to Listen to. There were Only a Couple Thing's I'd Change. One would Be to Paint ALL of the Dark Trim Everywhere. Good to S👀 the Wall Oven's. Most People Don't N-E-E-D a Large Oven or Stove. L💜ve the 2nd Living Area as well as the Very Large Master Closet. A Very Nice Home and Not just an Ole' Plain-Jane Type.

Range Hood. I like you showed the drawers in the kitchen. I think showing inside cabinets and drawers as well as closets is something real buyers like to see, especially women. We are all about storage and organizing our things. Great how you point out the various upgrades to the tub, and changed to things one can request such as the shoe shelves, etc. Odd place for a half bath. I think those are more of a hall tree than a foot locker but the hooks look like railroad spikes to me. Am I correct? That primary suite, especially the bathroom and dressing room closet is fabulous!

I try to do it from the point of view as if was the buyer and the things that I would want to know about a home that I was wanting to buy. So, glad you appreciate that! I'm kind of indifferent on the half bath. On one hand it's nice to have so guest don't have to use my personal bathroom or the kids bathroom which at my house, is always a mess lol. I just wish it was maybe in a different location. The great news is that Deer Valley homes are super customizable. You are correct about the railroad spikes, and I've heard that called many different things over the years lol. Thank you again for your kind words of encouragement! It means alot 😊
