This is by far the best floorplan I've ever seen. You do an exceptional job filming these homes. I love how you allow us to see every detail. You really know how to film each space to give the viewer a fantastic view of each room. It felt like I was there walking through that gorgeous property. Thanks for uploading.

There is so much to love about this property. The auxiliary kitchen is one of our favorite features, as well as the generously sized wet bar area. The second floor in-law/casita is also very cool. Meanwhile, we have to say, when you showed the view of the gorgeous mountains from the back master bedroom deck, we actually had to hold back tears. The view is so amazing we're almost weepy, we can't imagine looking out at such exquisite beauty every day. Stunning property and another excellent tour, Mr. Lush! Love your videos and your channel!

I totally agree with you about the kitchen sink. Its a personal pet peeve of mine. The sink is where you do the grossest stuff and to have that action front and center is wrong. There's a reason you dont see the sinks in professional kitchens. I wish builders would stop doing this.

Right I don't like a sink on the Island or a stove burners which ever on the counter top you can splash your guest or grease pop's hey to each their own and I didn't build it I love my sink by the window looking out back at the beauty home is beautiful though!

i love Pulte Homes looked at one in Texas would bought it but didn't want to commute to work the price was great

You said let’s be realistic with the pool table, which is true. Can we be realistic and think how the ac will be on the entire summer....considering all the windows and the location. Does anyone know what that might cost?

That house really sparked my interest. I just paid off my house in So Cal and with all the new laws and taxes being placed here on us, Vegas had been calling my name. Will have to schedule a showing of that exact floor plan. Sold me on the 4 car garage, hopefully I can see it upon my viewing.

Hi Frederick, I know the Gardengate model in this same community (Reverence) is a single story with zero threshold, and if you're planning to get yours built custom you can request zero threshold even on other models.

Danny I like that one, or something that has the view of the mountains and of the strip. With a pool. But I can't actually be there until 6 months from now. Will there still be homes like or similar to that. My wife wants a house with atleast 4 bedrooms.

There are usually a bit more houses on the market during the summer than right now in the winter so you'll have a good amount of options to choose from. It started off beautifully... then the master. Not impressed, though a beautiful home.

Nice home. But regardless of the ammenities, I will never buy a home in a HOA community, ever. The endless waste of time will make you regret this major decision.

The advertiser keep saying you and your knowing the gorgeous house is not mine unless pay for and I don't live a life of a rich nor famous person to not have the monies to pay for such gorgeousness while also while I would love to visit Las Vegas gambling resorts two or three times a year, I wouldn't want to live in Las Vegas.

The lots in reverence are decent, the Kingsgate model lot was amazing and how I wish more builders did it. I personally think Toll Brothers offers a superior build quality but from what I have seen the communities they offer have pathetic lots and ruin the quality of product they offer in my mind.

Right now most of the lots Toll Brothers has in Vegas are relatively small, yes. I'm hoping the new community they are working on opening (Lusitano Ranch) will have larger lots.

Bedroom are too small

If your truly trying to sell a house you should keep your personal views about a house to yourself. And not talk about how small sinks are and why sinks should not be in the island, and not enough light in the pantry. Doing so can turn a person off from buying the house and you’ll loose commission. Maybe you should just walk thru and not talk at all.

Who ever decorated the outside of this house has terrible taste I am not impressed for sure . I hate when they build so close to your neighbors not private .
