if its built properly and insulated for those conditions it should not need much air conditioning to cool/heat

This one does have a special lease back for 6.5 million. I always mention the base prices we are featuring a model. You will be building from scratch so you have control of the price.

sorry---they look like factories..and at 106 degrees and 5 A/C's, he also didn't mention your HOA are (2)---each about $500 per a month .
It’s giving: corporate housing stay, not HOME. But still a beautiful place.
More like a corporate owned executive business trip layover club house instead of a regular home for a family with kids.
