Blue Heron has the craziest designs. I love how they incorporate nature into the homes. Also the way they design pools into the layout is so sick. Haven't seen a bad home by them yet. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, thank you for pointing that out. This is the highly upgraded model for show. It's just an example of what is possible with Blue Heron at Oasi. Very nice home! Not sure about marble in the kitchen,looks like there are (coffee)stains all over them. It's matching but maybe try a non food colour.

Beautiful home. I'd definitely make changes to the landscaping though. BH likes to surround their pools with rock and plants. You'll be fishing that rock out of your pool endlessly especially if you have kids.

The laundry room is an interior space in this floor plan. You will have to rely on your dryer vent to do the dirty work.

You can definitely spend a few million more with Blue Heron. Most that I have seen at Oasi range between $3M to $4.5M. This one sold for $4.5M.
