Bryan just like you need 2 dishwashers in a house at $3 million or more, I need a pot filler!! I like the ventilation above the stove. Don't want to be disturbed so give me regular mirrors. Is it possible to get one way mirror (you can see to the bedroom area, but you are not disturbed if someone is in the bathroom area?) Outdoor shower sounds AMAZING!! I love your videos because you are so honest with your opinion. Everyone may not agree, but I love it!!!! One more thing, I miss you not going up steps at 5 times speed, one of my favorite parts of your videos! LOL!😄

Girl.. That was HILARIOUS!!!! And fair... If I get 2 dishwashers like a "sicko" then you DESERVE your damn pot filler! Hahahaha... I absolutely HATE cooking, so clearly I shouldn't be the one criticizing culinary tools!!! I'm kinda like, "you cook, I'll clean". Thus, 2 DISHWASHERS!!! Hahaha Thanks for the constructive criticism on the stairs... Okay, I'll look into bringing that back occasionally.. I didn't think anyone would ever care or notice. Thought the new "whoosh" transition was a cool way to keep it moving... But I'll take that under advisement! Thanks again for watching and the hilarious and constructive comments! (I do read all comments personally). ;)

My biggest concern with indoor/outdoor living is the potential for flies to come inside the home. Also, I don't understand why the homeowner didn't get the black recessed linear light/HVAC vent package - I feel that is a signature feature for a Blue Heron home. You can't be in a $7M home with run of the mill home depot air registers and 4'' wafer lights. I do love the outdoor court + layout + finishes + coffered ceilings with integrated lighting + sunken outdoor lounging area. Beautiful home overall.

Well, I wouldn't worry much about the flies here in Vegas. Not much of an issue. As for the home... Just wait.. They're going back and upgrading it entirely!

Great job!🎖️🎖️🎖️ I am sold! As a big fan of Blue Heron I found your points quite valid about this home. Blue Heron’s home is next level and I am suggesting that as professional who re-design multiple million dollars homes exactly as you mentioned!

Well, sadly thats the LARGEST pool you can make now! Anything beyond 600 sq ft would be deemed illegal and wouldn't pass permits.

Las Vegas rental vacancies soaring month over month. Nevada highest state unemployment in the USA. There is no money. It is scary.

Blue Heron needs to keep on building like they did. Don't half As! building your homes.

Can't argue that. Certainly more "livable" with children / large family. Just wait till you see the "Remix". (They're going back and taking some of my suggestions).

Maybe I would just need to see it in person but I’d expect more at that price point. Kitchen and master bath seemed small. Even the shell for the closet seemed disappointing. Thanks for the video Brian. Enjoyed watching

I prefer the scaled down version but it doesn't look or say it's a Blue Heron home but I do love the home. I don't do sports so the Basketball Court would better suited for my 2 Prevost Touring Homes or maybe a Garage for my car collection. The water feature missing in the sunken TV area is not the same and looks out of place. The owner wanted a Blue Heron Home and they took everything out that showcases Blue Heron and still added the Blue Heron Price that isn't A Blue Heron. Worth only $3 Million plus have to add another $1 Million to complete the home.

Well, I will say that since I filmed it and gave my advice, they're going back and upgrading the entire home! So stay tuned for a follow up video in a couple months!

@leboknows OK. Thank you for clearing that up. Because I love Blue Heron, and I'm working with my realtor now on finding a Blue Heron home in Ascaya. In my opinion Blue Heron and Christopher Holmes are the best builders in the Vegas area... Thank you again for clearing that comment up!!!

No comparison with showcase home. For the high price, this house has a lot of no's....some of the more obvious include no hot tub, no views, no privacy, no elevator, no built-ins. Even 4 to 5 million is a stretch imo...

Yeah, unfortunately that would also cut into the pool since you only get 600 sq ft. Not an issue for MOST people, but in these huge homes it makes the pool look tiny!

Great videos but this house is no good although Blue Heron show house up on the hills is fantastic

I love Blue Heron, but this property is not worth $7 million. Nice home and amenities, though. Also, I love the new look, a little going to run to the liquor store and do a video for a $7 million dollar home. Just messing with you Bryan. Only you can pull it off.

Hahahaha!!! Yeah, for some reason I was feeling "casual" that day my friend! ;) You guys dig the "laid back" approach or more "buttoned up" professional style... Sometimes I like to tinker with things to see the response...

Model was 10× better. Even the design. The fireplace s are not nearly as dramatic. The color blended in with the floor and wall color- no contrast. Also the pool is so ugly. Dark colored pools are so much nicer looking IMO...also as everyone says- money is made in the kitchen and bathroom and that island in the midel is so nuch nicer. Whats 30k when youre spending 7m. This buyer is flipping this property and cheaoed out major. No where close to 7m. The only thing i liked in thei house better is that bedroom w corner sliders
