These homes are way too close together.😢

I agree. But then of course the price of the homes would be considerably MORE.

Blue Heron always seem to have spiral staircases in (what looks to me) odd places. Are these to do with Building Regulations as in fire escape routes? But really like the design of this home I have to say and really enjoying your housing tours Bryan.

Thanks for the compliment. All I will say about the spiral staircase is.... STAY TUNED! Funny you mentioned it because the strangest location OF ALL TIME for a spiral staircase is coming up next month in a $10M home. You'll LOVE this one!!!!

I love the pool, floating stairs, walk in pantry and sliding pocket doors - who doesn't like a good pocket door. I hate the white porcelain tiles in the primary bath , the mini split in the workout room (reminds of a Miami efficiency) and the burnt orange epoxy floors - who wants to be reminded of pumpkins when they're chilling downstairs. Overall, nice home but for $3M it feels a bit much.

Hahahaha.. I love your breakdown. Especially "pumpkins". I guess you'll be a hit in October though! ;)

Not sure about this one. The shiny white tiles in the main bathroom make me thinking of slip hazards and fractured skulls (the thought of attending A&E in a bathtowel!), the fitting out in the closet looks underwhelming (even with the red floor) but the bones of the house feel good. Glad to see solar panels. Did i miss the exterior location of the garage doors? Roof access from inside would be nice but do people really use roof decks? Asking because 1. spiral stairs scare me and 2. they are not wheelchair friendly.

Super solid criticism. Super. Garage, yeah.. You can see that from the street shot. No comment on the interior criticism, (but I feel you there). As for the rooftop decks... I dunno man... Personally, I think it's more of a "novelty" feature and one that I would never pay for. Other than 4th of July fireworks, I'm not very interested traversing a spiral staircase (like you) and baking on the roof and dealing with wind from every angle. Only to walk down flights to get another drink. So to me, I think rooftop decks are worthless. Most of my clients use it the first month and then never again. But I'm sure there are people out there that absolutely love 'em and use 'em. Just not for me or you apparently! Thanks for commenting and appreciate the support!

TBH I think the house is outdated and weird looking. But here’s the catch, it’s a blue Heron house. To those who would like to purchase a BH House this is now your chance to get a piece of a Masterpiece! For me the style and layout is not for me. It looks like there are a lot of spaces that aren’t accessible or of no use. And a lot of stairs that I don’t like. And glass fence I don’t like . But this is great for first tone home buyers . Thanks for sharing

I really like this house!!! The only thing I'd change is the colors of the downstairs floors. There might be a few cosmetic things I'd change but not much. Blue Heron has an incredible vision, now and back then.
