I absolutely love this house and property. I have watched the video 3 times. Being that close to the hills though I'd be scared of snakes getting in the yard. I hate snakes with a passion. But otherwise I have nothing negative to say about the place.

We'll have to dig a moat and build a draw bridge to keep all the snakes out :) a good way to keep snakes out of a yard is to always keep grass as short as possible. Trim shrubs and bushes, etc. The idea is to not give them any place to hide.

@@DannyLushRealEstate Where I grew up there were a lot of snakes. We had a canyon behind us and they were always coming into our yard. I can't tell you how much I hate them.
Truly a Beautiful home and everything on one level yesss😁😁😁but Master Bdm. is a bit on the small size and doesn't look like it may be able to fit a king size bed staged furniture is nice though🖒

Umm this floor plan is absolutely perfect I love it!beautiful ♡the built in shelving in the master brilliant! The only thing i would change is,I hate that now they are putting the sink in the island..it dont go there :( it belongs on the counter infront of a window ..if no window ..atleast on the counter!

I also dislike a sink placed in the middle of an island!!!...it looks awkward and takes up too much counter top real estate. Also, who wants to be up close and personal with a smelly sink while sitting at the island???. That design concept never made any sense to me from it's introduction.

On these homes, are all the plumbing lines run under the house in the concrete?... In the event of a leak? What about water supply lines?

Hi Frederick, I know the Gardengate model in this same community (Reverence) is a single story with zero threshold, and if you're planning to get yours built custom you can request zero threshold even on other models.
12” overhang? 16” is much much much nicer for Island
The doors seem kind of narrow or is it just me?

The starting price for the Kingsgate model in the Reverence community is currently approximately $884,000+ this does not include all the upgrades the model in this video has. Add a few hundred thousand for all the included upgrades for a better estimate

Single hung windows are lame and soooo cheap
I would never purchase a Pulte home. There are too many horror stories out there of Pulte homebuyers who felt the work on their homes was substandard, and that the company turned a deaf ear to complaints. It's almost as if Trump owns Pulte!
