Hey Danny, can you show a standard TBs house or Pardee? No upgrades
Man. hop the gate. Tee hee hee. They had to lock the gate as the pool is considered an attractive nuisance. This was a geat tour. I saw these places about a year ago. This large model, with the bonus room + balcony was my fav. I could imagine a media room with Pure Audio Project monster speakers, Cerwin Vega center speaker and perhaps klipsch remote speakers. a 92 inch TV powered with a monster amp. No built in home theater for this puppy. It would be all exposed speakers.We're talking big big speakers with a 15 inch woofer, 7 feet tall.
What kind of washer and dryer did you decide to get sometimes when the washer goes the dryer follows 😆
Not into the modern exterior elevation of this house, but the interior is fantastic.
I hate the closets because you automatically know which one the wife will occupy, lol always putting us in the corner, we have clothes too. laugh with me people. Nice house overall. Beautiful, you're from NYC and that locked door was an obstacle, shame on you, lmao. Don't pick locks :-)
I'm watching this at 2x speed, and it's still too slow. You don't have to open every drawer and stare at it for 10 seconds.
This house is absolutely gorgeous. How is it so much less than the other homes you showed in Summerlin? Must be that the $650K is the bare bones price and this model is a lot more when the upgrades are added on.
Curious that they did not use tile in the wet areas like the kitchen. I thought that was code.

Why do realtors think we care to see the individual atoms of the floor that's an upgrade if not to help the buyer sell more. Your average buyer won't get the upgrades but even if they dothey won't need the creases and crevices of the floor? Why do you guys never show non upgrade homes they do have plenty of those?
