The summit was originally constructed from around 1985 to 1990. In fact, this master planned Summit community really is a hidden gem and remains one of the most coveted areas in all of Santa Clarita. It's a lovely enclave, with miles of scenic trails extending through protected open spaces teeming with local wildlife, making it a hiker's paradise.
As you enter the community from any of its multiple access points, you are greeted by lovely tree-lined streets and abundant greenery, all meticulously maintained.
The Summit is comprised of four well-placed subdivisions. The San Marino, Chelsea, and Windermere neighborhoods offer traditional single-family homes, while the gated Stratford Collection provides a charming selection of townhomes.
The Summit boasts outstanding HOA amenities, offering residents an array of recreational facilities. There are swimming pools, hot tubs, lounge areas, restrooms, and a clubhouse. Additionally, there are two sets of tennis courts located in different areas.
The best part is, aside from the Stratford Collection, there's only one modest HOA fee and NO MELLO ROOS!
