I woke up at 4am, a jog of 5kms n then I saw this.. grateful
I stopped using FB all together and realized after one week, just how much more energy and time I had. My goals ave changed a lot, and now my fiance is cut way back on social media to. I've inspired her she said. And her mood and over all life is getting better every day.

Thank you for the video! I started adopting these habits since Covid, it has completely changed me. These habits are part of me now and missing any of them seems weird. For those who plan to adopt these, start small, and change 1 habit at a time. Mindful eating, is something I need to do better.

I always liked getting up early.....enjoying daybreak....
For the last 3 months I've been following exactly everything that you're talking about here...... The one thing I found hard to become conscious of is the one. When I'm eating........ Years ago I went to a mindfulness retreat from Tick Noc Han(sic) where whenever we would eat we would eat in silence and chew our food for 30 bites.... It was wonderful...... And for the last 10 years I've been trying to incorporate that and it's really hard...... But I'm getting closer.... Thanks for your talks

Yes. All very good advice. The hardest part is obtaining and maintaining the discipline to implement these changes in your life. As suggested, start small and build up. The key is; to start! I got a surprise at the end of this video when the narrator said at about 19:42 ... " the 7 habits." He also said "7" at the start! What! It was a mistake, definitely. There were only 5, as the title says!
Lovely the way you expressed, main thing is your voice with conviction. Out of the 7 habits you have given, am happy I follow at-least 4 habits. Journaling & less screen time, I need to adapt. Will start immediately. 👍

Limiting screen time and scrolling is going to be hard. I will commit to journaling before bed and stop u tubing. It's areally bad habit. 3 weeks not one week breaks habits. Let's see. Thankyou

I want to try to rise earlier I feel like getting up late wastes so much of my day...here goes 😊
(1) WAKING UP EARLY... May be 5.30am. (2) EXERCISE take a yoga class (3) Journaling... Use the Journal. (4) Mindful eating, enjoy your meal. (5) Limiting Screen Time- Social Media, TV, etc.
I watched this video out of curiosity because I have transformed my own life by adopting different lifestyle habits. I have only one thing to share and that is to incorporate balancing your blood sugar levels into your earing process. Simply and easily. That bowl of oatmeal drizzled with honey creates a massive glucose spike which affects your food choices but even more importantly your energy levels throughout the day. A savoury breakfast and if you must, oatmeal after that - but reframe it as Breakfast desert - because that's what it is!!!!
