We just published a more recent video about the 55 Plus Villas at Tesoro Highlands. This video was great, but since it was published the builder announced the release of the one more age restricted subdivision to be included in the mix. Also, construction continues to progress, so regular updates will be necessary in order to provide our viewers with all the latest.

Here's an informational video about the new Estrada, Toscana and Paseo 55 Plus neighborhoods in Valencia CA. Also known as, the "Villas at Tesoro Highlands" the three neighborhoods are currently under construction by Lennar and the models recently opened for tours. In fact, in addition to the aerial footage in the video, we also included clips and pics we shot while touring the models.
NOTE: You may have noticed a very similar video we published last month. At that time we did not include Estrada, the 3rd active adult neighborhood in this community. In this video we now include all three, at least for now. Tesoro Highlands is an ongoing development and it looks like another 55 Plus subdivision is in the works. Once the models are open, we'll once again create a new video.

Thankfully, active adults will appreciate that all of the Estrada, Paseo and Toscana homes are single story. All the homes are detached single-story models, each available in three distinct exterior designs. All combined, the homes are sized from approximately 2,205 up to around 2,680 square feet. These homes consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms, two and a half to three and a half bathrooms, a laundry room and a two-bay garage. All have a covered patio, laundry room and an office or a den. In fact, two of the Paseo models even come with a Casita or a NextGen space.
Yes, of course there's a monthly HOA cost and an annual Mello Roos.
