I remember watching you when I was younger and now I’m in my late 20’s and wanted to check up on you and you’re looking so good girl keep being strong 💖 but be careful using suboxon I know it is a miracle to some people and I support it but I went down a dark road abusing it and watching my father rot away because of it besides him letting his health go on top of it he takes way more than prescribed and is a what I call a falling over zombie because he’s so messed up on it I was on that road to he gave it to me one day to try and help with my heavy pms pains and I have as much wrong on me to for taking it but I got so hooked and was just like him and here I am a year later dealing with the health side effects it did to me and I’m a year clean just be careful baby when taking it because it can help some people and work wonders just don’t abuse it you’re doing so great for yourself and I’m happy to see my favorite pet KZreadr still alive and healthy you got this baby 💕 I’m always rooting for you ✨

I can tell in this video, this is YOU. Theres no protective barrier of humor or cutesy-ness to hide your real self, you are being your real self. Being open and honest about your struggles without needing to protect yourself, that takes some serious strength. I am so proud of you for yow far you have come and I hope life has some amazing things in store for you.

I don't often say this, but Taylor is truly a lost cause at this point. She lies a lot; she doesn't stay consistent, and at this point, she's further pushing the stereotypes on ex drug addicts while at the same time trying to denounce them. She lacks consistency and often seems to not be telling the truth on how much progress she has made and if she's really clean or not. Her co dependency on men, her parents contributes to all of that to. Getting back good "cool" with your ex Johnny when you said he abused you, and was the reason you got into to drugs was just the final straw. I don't know. Never seen someone so helpless!

humidifiers AND basking bulbs are not good for hermit crabs. absolutely no go. tap water is in fact the best option when treated with prime. you should also NEVER mess with a molting crab especially not helping it remove a molt? that can cause severe stress and removing it yourself can cause damage to limbs. even just removing them from their cave can be very detrimental. a majority of this information is good but if we are trying to make a difference for these babies we need to not be giving incorrect information, especially when that information can cook, poison, and kill your crab.

I know this video was a year ago but stop stressing about brushing your teeth or taking a shower. I get it it’s gross when you go pee wash your face brush your teeth and go back to bed if you are tired and don’t feel good. If you don’t wash your hair for a month that’s on you and your loved ones. If it doesn’t bother anyone stop stressing yourself out about it. The more you stress out about it the less you will want to do it.

I stopped going to meetings as I slowly migrated back into society. But I miss it and have been thinking of going back to at least one a week, been putting it off for months but you popped into my head when Spotify put on some of the old music and now I'm reminded of it I started thinking back on when I first got clean. I used to sleep in my clothes lol. And I wouldn't lay all the way in my bed. I'd just lay on the end. It also took like a good 6 months of carrying around my old shit til I decided I didn't need it any more. Funny the way the brain works

I’m a little over a two year clean in recovery from my alcohol addiction ! Same issue with me with trauma . At a very young age . I drank for 10 plus years straight ! I tried to quit a few times in the later years but always went back .. I will still struggle now and then .. but not as bad.. it gets better !!! Emotions suck! Trauma SUCKS! But with good friends around me , I managed to stay clean . It’s worth the fight and I’m thankful every single day for it !!! I hope you will be too. Congrats on one year . And if you struggle ever . Just remember what he’ll us addicts go through right after we start getting clean ! That’s struggle is hell … it’s not worth it !!! Stay sober !!! Reach out if you wanna connect about things ! I own 3 blue tangs 🤣🤣 yes I have a more then big enough tank , aka 350 gallon 🤣🤣 and let me help you a bit ( you don’t need sand . You don’t need ro/di unless you do coral and you don’t need skimmer . And you also don’t need 1 pound per gallon of rock if you have marine pure in your sump… it’ll just help a lot . One big block and you wouldn’t need live rock. ( what I do for quarantine) BUT if you want a blue tang… or really any tang doesn’t matter . They have thin slime coat .. get a skimmer and make sure your tank is plenty big enough to control water chemistry VERY well . Got top off. And all of that. Reason being , blue tangs get ick easy , not as bad as powder blue tangs and stuff like that . But they tend to stress easy and tend to not like big fluctuations in water chemistry .. but let the algae grow !!!’ They eat all day every day !! Let them pig out on algae growing in your tank , my 10 inch one does 🤷♂️ as well as you need to feed LOTS of meaty AND alage based foods !! High nutrient content is required or yes you will get it sick .. I had my blue tangs a long time now to tell you .. if you follow instructions you won’t end up with ick .. never had it once with these guys .. not from them anyway . And I keep sharks as well.. a lot harder than a tang . Also box fish like the long horn.. super easy ..

The biggest thing that keeps me clean - fortunately and unfortunately - is the fact that everything by me today is tranq. It’s all xylazine. There’s no heroin, no fentanyl. It’s not even the same so it’s not even tempting anymore. BUT, I never started shooting over my like 8 years on and off luckily, but that shit FCKED my nose up BAD! It eats away at your skin.. people who shoot get holes that just kill your skin and my cartilage is all gone. It’s so bad man.. and I’m sure it’s making its way all over so just don’t even bother.
