Paula co-founded Yoginimelbourne with one of her dearest friends Mischa to share her love of yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing in a way that is accessible, down to earth and meet people where they are at.
Paula is a has been teaching yoga for over 11 years and has a background in movement and dance and has been studying and practicing yoga for 20 years. Paula has been influenced by many different yoga and movement traditions and this comes through in the variety of yoga classes offered here on the channel from dynamic vinyasa, therapeutic hatha, yin to mindfulness and meditations. Paula is also a qualified social worker currently working as a counsellor/therapist specialising in working with trauma. Paula has completed her level 1 qualification in Sensorimotor psychotherapy (talk based somatic psychotherapy) and has a deep interest in how these various frameworks and understandings can support people to connect to the body as a resource, place of wisdom, joy and deep healing.

Thank you for such a lovely practice. After years of yoga practice and recently using your KZread lessons, today I felt something very especial. After Shavasana, you said roll to you your side of choice. I roll to my left side , it felt so good. Then I realized that I often rolled to right in the past. I am left handed person and following the choice of my body felt very good. Thank you for presenting me this awareness.
