What a great sequence! My neck feels relieved after have a slight crook in it from bad sleeping 😂😢
The fascia in my right arm are rock solid because of a fecky job I had at work... Kinesiologist, osteopath, they helped, but this practice? WOW! I did it yesterday just because you've uploaded it and thought "oh it can't do harm" girl, it was the cherry on top of a cake made of pain! I woke up this morning and was pain free, throughout the day my shoulder got a bit sore again but I now know what fixes it. I really thought my arm would never fully heal 😭 Thank you so much 🙂↕️
