    For 50 years I have struggled to build my core. As I heal my spine, this practice will keep me from re-injuring. As always, I had extra support & skipping the last part is ok. 8-)

    This was challenging even lying on my back🥰 thank you. I have hard feelings about ab workouts like crunches. But your gentle way of showing it might make it possible for me to grow to well not love them but dread them less😅 Thank you ad always💙💚🤎🙏

    I’ve had a recent bout of vertigo and haven’t been exercising much. This practice was great to work my core without any upside poses that might trigger the dizziness. ❤
