Thank you ,Paula , for a most wonderful class . I had been sitting a lot this afternoon, thinking I didn’t need to do any yoga today because I had a good walk this morning. Well, my body told me otherwise and after doing this sequence, I feel looser and just more complete. Inside and out. Your simple, clear, quiet voice and background are also healing. Namaste!
