    Thank you ,Paula , for a most wonderful class . I had been sitting a lot this afternoon, thinking I didn’t need to do any yoga today because I had a good walk this morning. Well, my body told me otherwise and after doing this sequence, I feel looser and just more complete. Inside and out. Your simple, clear, quiet voice and background are also healing. Namaste!

    Love te hardwork and research you put in.. my back, legs and hips are so damn tight, I can release an arrow. This helped loosen up a little. Will try the longer version tomorrow.
