    Can you use fresh lavender too for the room spray?

  • @FairylandCottage
    @FairylandCottage13 күн бұрын

    Probably best to soak the fresh lavender in the alcohol for a couple of weeks and then strain

    I used it too (just for parcels) Pros: - Ecological - Economical - Free from harmful elements - Versatile Against: - The ingredients used are very attractive to insects. It is not suitable for long periods, especially if you live in the countryside, the glued parts would be devoured. - Humidity is the enemy of this type of glue, it quickly detaches the glued elements.

    I have been reading about recycled plastic and it seems to be a health hazard, due to chemical residues that cause cancer. So I don't really use any recycled plastic anymore

    Rice and beans are hard to digest for me.

  • @FairylandCottage

    Mung dhal is easier for the body to digest than regular lentils and white rice is easier to digest than brown etc. this dish is traditional Ayurvedic to make when ill to give the digestion a rest while still nourishing the body
