Hi! My name is Cassandra & I'm your acne big sister. I'm also a model, published writer, medical esthetician, & skincare expert but I'm not a dermatologist (yet). As someone who has been dealing with acne for 15+ yrs & been in the industry for 10+ yrs, I understand the need for a community that uplifts & guides each other through the ups & downs of our skincare journeys. That's why I created this channel.

I work to help educate & empower you to look past the labels & marketing schemes to make more informed decisions when it comes to skincare choices. I love to criticize, scrutinize, demystify the science behind skincare & uncover industry secrets.

Hair loss can even happen after you’ve been really sick. You can get a bad bacterial or viral infection that wipes you out and your immune system goes into over drive.

In addition to your ferritin levels shown in the report, what about your B12 levels? Low B12 can also lead to potential hair thinning and/or loss. You may come across studies where this is refuted, however, one thing to keep in mind is that deficiency issues tend to take quite some time to arise, as such studies may not have met the target time to be able to observe these.

Australian here, I have never seen that paw paw cream, nor is it widely available here in Australia. What I would like to clarify though... THE original Lucas' Papaw OINTMENT of 1890 (comes in simple black and red packaging from Acacia Ridge Brisbane, iykyk) is only meant to be used topically on minor cuts/burns and at most as a lip balm when you have a cold sore, or for treating nappy rash on babies, NOT as an everyday moisturiser. It really is just a miniscule amount of fermented paw paw (papaya as the rest of the world calls it) extract mixed in with vaseline, but amazing at treating cuts and grazes. From what I can gather, the ointment and paw paw cream are very different products, so please don't think they are the same thing.

Yess, not only surgery but also what i was trying to tell people that there are lots of weirdos out there who just simply spray scented water (which is not even thermal spring water 😅) and call it a day ☺️🙏🏾. They’re not even working at a clinical spa with board-certified expertise. Wonder who’s gonna tell ‘em anyway 🤨. Looking at u C.B.* Just discovered u not so long ago and this is my first time commenting on ur channel. Love,

Nice vid. I'd like to add some thoughts of mine, actually. Before u r trying to purchase something, u have to check the tag. As a functionally normal human being, i guess everyone will put those pricey item down no matter what. U are not held at gun point to make a purchase. I still buy some Dior, or La Prairie while others are trying to boycott them bc all i want is just simply experience. U can choose to step away from them as u are fully aware of how these big incorporations manipulate the world. Just like in skincare, not everyone's down to stick with CeraVe or any drugstore brands for the rest of their life. Some of them would love to experience some best selling items in Sephora, Ulta,... some are brave enough to try out some found in Walmart or Target, even Maxx. It's 2024 and can we move on from the phase us gen z feel entilted to debunk/deinfluence some very normal things ? Big greedy incorporations still sold those products out for a very wealthy or filthy rich family-clan. If u don't feel like it, move on find something better and more affordable. Again, love ur vids. U r absolutely gorgeous. 😘

i tried the Lamer and the Nivea Creme. Not the same. I can apply a full face of La Mer at night as a night mask but Nivea was just only suitable for some areas. Love them both but not the same. I watched them from an egyptian girl on Instagram who claimed she could change anyone skin by building their own routine. She’s not a board-certified professional tho 🤷‍♀️

I am a preteen almost a teen, and I fully agree that we should be able to use skincare without being judged but also a moisturizer over $60 is not my favorite. I personally say if you want a good moisturizer for $60 then I would take a look at the brand Ever Eden. I only have a bit of skincare, a cleanser of bubble, moisturizer of bubble, the setting spray of bubble, and a serum again of bubble. I have done my research on what I am doing with my skin, looking on the app, and watching videos from older people who have those things. I have been saving my money to buy a product of sol de jeniro (idk how to spell sorry) and I have made sure that the lotion/spray is good for myself. And of course I made sure my parents are okay with it, thanks for reading this comment. ❤

Wipes are definitely better than nothing. If I had to fully wash my face before bed, it simply wouldn't happen. That said, I don't wear full makeup to begin with -- just concealer and taupe eyeliner -- so I'm really just removing that and whatever surface dirt has accumulated during the day.

I think the formula may have changed when harry’s bought them and they sweetened up their scents cuz it is a little thinner in texture now. I find it odd that ppl don’t like their scents. Anyone who has acne acne trusts you! Others don't need to be seeing a dermatologist for acne specific. Just because a doctor had cancer doesn't mean their not a good doctor. The logic behind some people is insane. Also your acne has improved sooo much, I can totally trust results!
