Hey Cassy, I was wondering if you could do a video on under eye dark circles? Both kinds honestly, pigmentation and blood pooling, but specifically on how to reduce, control, or remove them. Particular treatments or products like eye creams with vitamin k and such would be so helpful! I know you have minorly spoken about them in a previous video, but that was a long time ago, so an updated video would be nice. Please and thank you!! ❤

hey since RED led boosts blood flow wouldn't it make rosacea WORSE? also can't the green LED damage pigment in the lips too?
Red light therapy took away every wrinkle on my face and it healed my spinal issue that doctors could not resolve. With that being said it took 6 months of consistent use to start to see results and at 1 year that’s really when it all came together. I would be in a wheelchair without red light.

My LED mask is the best purchase ever. I bought it for anti age skin care but after I started using it, I noticed new hair growing in the places where my hair had thinned out. You know those temporal inlets at the forehead. I always have my hair pulled back in a bun when using my LED mask. I guess the LED does have a positive effect on hair growth in the places where the hair is lost or thinned. I would like to buy a hair LED mask but they are too expensive for me at the moment. Omnilux has one!
Cassandra, I love your energy and enthusiasm, and I always enjoy your videos. To add to a slightly different angle, I think there is a variety of different responses in individuals. From my personal experience with the Omnilux face mask: I think either the product was damaged, or it was way too potent for me. Just after about 2 weeks of use use (as recommended!!! not more frequently!!!) it gave me melasma; the dark spots on my skin were where the lights on the mask were placed... It stimulated growth of lanugo hair on my cheeks!!! I attempted using it on my head, and it did stimulate a very robust hair growth. Long story short, I am not using this mask anymore, just don't think it's a safe choice for me. Will stick with something that has more, like decades more, research-backed information, such as tretinoin, hydroquinone, vitamin c, etc. I know, it's boring, but better safe than sorry.

My first mask was a cheapo one like the one you said to toss. I began using it in mid Oct of 2023 and about 3 weeks later I was able to see my eyelids again. I am 64 now and I have since gone to panels that have both red and NIR but I still use the cheapo face mask because it works even if it isn't fast. it is the slow and easy that I like. It is now a month after posting the above post. I can now say that I have never been so happy using these cheapo masks 21.99, since Oct 17 2023 and the r/nir cheapo panel I got for 39.99 on Amazon I got in Feb 2024. Don't think these expensive units are the only way to go. I like using these cheapo ones bc you can let the process begin slowly bc your body must catch up to what is going on once you begin this. I believe this journey should begin slowly and don't rush this. 5 days of 20m and then rest for 2 days. It has been a miracle for me and I've been using this r/nir panel since Feb 10, 2024 and I did not overuse these bc you can ruin any chance of getting benefit if you do this for longer periods. Your cells can only take so much energy and you create too many free radicals by overdoing it and void the whole point.

@pamelashaw510 Same ? here! I’ve been doing a deep dive on LED masks. I need to know which one to get. I wish there was a comparison between the Higher Dose, Omnilux, & Cleopatra
I have the dr dennis gross one. Are you saying it should be used for 15-20 Mins per day?
Cassandra!!! Soo happy to find you! How about the NuFace Trinity Red light attachment?
I got the cure mask 3 mins a day, i love it! I also bought the neck and chest piece. Question, which device would be best for my hands????

Can you just put the mask on your hands?
What about panels? You can get a Mito red tabletop panel for less than an Omnilux mask and it’s more versatile.
Thanks for the video :) What are your thoughts on the Celluma light?
YES for that Blue Light video!!
Great video! Love the nuance. I have the Omnilux face and neck devices. I love them! I use the Solowave to spot treat my body. I want the lip one bc I get inflammation in my bottom lip. So it would be great for me.
I'd like your opinion on "current body" and their LED devices!
the problem with solawave on planes might be due to the moisture content in the air? I know it won’t work if your skin is too dry, so it makes sense that it’s calibrated to react to either moisture or … maybe subsurface scatter? That’s my guess. And thank you for this great video! I subscribed! (I am on Day 6 of the Qure mask, I get an allergy rash on my cheeks that causes hyperpigmentation. I think it is helping!) ❤
I love your content plz do a curly hair routine !!!💕
I love both my masks!
Yes please please talk about the blue light! Also, are there options that target acne anddddd are good for collagen production?? Like blue anddd red? I’m 25 with acne but also wanna prevent fine lines!
Hi, it will be great if you make a full video with all the information about Blue light :)
Awesome video, thanks! Have you also tried the Dr. Rajani LED mask called PlasmaGLO? It seems he developed a better mask in comparison to Dr. Dennis and I would love to hear your thoughts on which one is better ❤
Thank you for this video! Wondering if you've tried the currentbody LED mask? The dermabeam doesnt seem to be available here sadly!
Thank you for this video. YO, you made my day ✨✨✨
Hey there! Really impressed with how much you research everything you show us. Wondered what your opinions on products like Celluma Delux Body and other full body matt / sleeping bag style items are....other than how amazingly expensive they are. 😊😂
I read a research study that linked blue light therapy with treating/repigmenting areas of vitiligo- so if blue light can repigment skin, I'd be concerned about it increasing pigmentation in general. That's the only reason I bought a mask that doesn't integrate blue light with the red light- it lets me isolate which lights I want to use. I've also read that heat is a common trigger for melasma, so keeping the mask on a lower power setting to avoid too much heat being trapped in there has helped, although I'm considering a panel as well.
Thanks for this Video! I'm looking at the QURE Mask and was wondering if you've looked at that one? (I have the Hottoerak, which seems ok, but it's not a Formed mask, and I think I could do better)
Please do a video on the FAQ 202 mask. It has caught my eye recently and I'd love to hear your thoughts about it ☺
Hello Cassandra! I wasn’t sure where a good place to ask this question but your most recent video seemed best. Do you have any recommendations for skincare products for someone that swims in a chlorinated pool daily or every other day? I don’t know if you have ever made a video or thought of it as an idea but I could use some help :)
I'd be curious to see what you think about red light panels! There's a red-light enthusiast community that rave about all sorts of other benefits they get from using them (like reducing muscle inflammation and improving sleep/mood). Seems like another option that could be more bang for your buck because you can use it on multiple parts of your body. I'm thinking of getting one!
I was going to purchase the Dr. Rajani one? Thank you for your help, is Dr. Gross better?
Just started Solawave! Do you think it’s overkill to use it alongside nuface or do you think it’s better to alternate days?
Fantastic video, is there a chance for you to review the Foreo led mask? :)
Hi! Great video thank you! Are these devices harmful to the eyes?
Hi Cassandra, Can you do a review on Green light therapy and which brand is best. I heard it’s good for melasma and hyperpigmentation.
Hi Cassandra! Please see my question below, but first I wanted to say that I really appreciate your in-depth content and uplifting personality. (I found you when I was trying to help my daughter figure out her sudden-onset of cyctic acne.) My question - I have the round clunky mask that shocked your friend. I've had it for quite some time now and haven't had any safety concerns. (I have never used the microelectronic inserts). Is there anything that makes you think it is ineffective?? I know you can't "endorse" it, but since I already have it, I'd rather continue using it unless there is reason to believe that it doesn't work. Please let me know. Thank you!
how much power do the units have to have to penetrate the skin? From the scientific studies I've seen it was with lasers mostly? Or really powerful red light that is not available on the market. Thoughts?
Thx for that😊. Please can u let me know, what wavelength and power we should look for, so that its effective for face and for hair please ?
What do you think of the current body mask? I won one so was super happy and lucky as 300 pound is expensive.
Cassandra! Thoughts on Darsonval for hair regrowth? And combining with iResotre?
Hello it would be really cool if you can answer this question, you are really helping someone. I have dark spots on my under eye area, which device I should be using. Thank you so much
would love a blue light one! Have you heard of the My Sheen Skin Led mask says it has blue/red and infrared!
I heard that red LED masks can decrease fat pads, that's what's keeping me out from using them. Can you confirm if this is true?? Thanks. Xx

Ooohhh, this is a good question! I’m a skincare nerd, but a bit hesitant to buy one of these led red or blue masks. I’m afraid there will be a study done sometime in the future that these masks either didn’t do as much to help our skin and/or could have potentially harmed our skin in some form or fashion!! I don’t know!!! ❤

@@Kblockh dr. Rajani has just launched a red light therapy mask that's apparently fat face safe.
What product do you use to conduct your solawave? Can you recommend what serum is good to use with this device?
Can you post the review of the lip mask before the Sephora Sale is over?! Help us out girl cause it’s in my cart lol
