Very smart of you. I actually had the opposite attitude when I was younger, I thought I'll just cover whatever up with makeup. Your makeup will look a lot better if you have better skin underneath and you will be more confident when you're not wearing makeup.

Don’t forget - good diet and a good night sleep which affects your hormones is maybe even more important than what you put on your skin. Your skin is just a reflection of what is going on on the inside of your body.

I have been using the omnilux for about 6 months. 10 minutes, four to five days a week. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! My dark spots have disappeared and my lips look more firm and lush. In fact, my dermatologist asked if I had lip injections. My overall skin just looks more dewey. Can't wait to see what it looks like a year from now. I am 60. Never too late to start good skin care habits.

Mostly since I don’t know about the scene I tend to think everything is a gimmick made to con people into spending money. @@warrenRV a link to a product doesn’t mean it’s sponsored. Be smart. They wouldn’t be legally allowed to say it wasn’t sponsored (like they do) if it was. I don't think so. They will repair if it is withing a 2 year time period but offer nothing in the way of a repair service after that. I think I will be looking for a cheaper one.

It's very simple it's like putting on a pair of glasses I got it on Morning Save & it was $ 39. I've seen them on sale again & it was $29. I love it because it's very light weight & you don't have to keep it plugged in. So I can walk around with it on. Check it out Ladies & men again it's called ( OBAA ) Happy Hunting to all Oh & it works Great. ❤️💙💚🧡💜🩵🤍All the colors in my LED FACE MASK. Bye🙋 Have a Blessed 🙏day Susie Q.

I've been reading so many studies on wavelength and wound care - it's so fascinating. One study stood out, 60ish participants over 12 wks, control group just washed their face and used blue light therapy for 10 mins. The others washed, used AHA then did blue light therapy. The aha group showed a huge reduction in acne. I have been doing this for 6 months, about twice a week and I can count on one hand the pimples I've had. Take that, cystic acne. Also, I read a lot of studies for wound care, healing and red light therapy. It's so fascinating how it supports collagen production. After wearing N95s for my 12hr ICU shifts, I do 3 to 5 mins of red light therapy to help my skin maintain its elasticity. Total humble brag but my skin looks way better than before covid and I wear so many masks. I love knowing there are others out there who geek out over these studies too!

Hey folks! Just wanted to share my own experience with red light therapy after diving into the research you've discussed. I’ve been using a red light panel from Future Form Official, a company based in Norway. Honestly, the results have been pretty impressive. I've struggled with chronic back pain for years, and regular sessions with this panel have really made a difference in reducing my pain and inflammation. What sold me was not just the effectiveness but also the price point - it's surprisingly affordable compared to other options out there. The panel is well-built and powerful, and I felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid. I’ve been recommending it to friends who are looking for similar relief without breaking the bank. Thanks for all the informative content here; it really helped me make a confident choice!

This was informative and educational video, especially on what BLUE light and RED light does for us if we purchase a LED Mask for us to do at home instead seeing our esthetician/dermatologist's office. ALOT people get so influenced by celebrities, influencers, on KZread, IG, FB, Tik Tok, who are non licensed dermatologists marketing these masks that the audience will think if it works for them it work on themselves. Everyone has different skin, no one is the same. Again thank you for this review, appreciate it so much! Have a great one!

YES you’ve described one major reason why I appreciate this channel and find it to be so refreshing!! Not easy to find a de who’s got it all: dedicated to the scientific method and up on research, respects the psychology and emotions, respects that you’re not a moron with misaligned values (those are subjective, anyway), respects your hard earned money, finds the actual problem and targets a systematic and simple as possible way to treat, AND is efficient at communicating all of those things. Out of everything, the worst is when you’re mocked and not respected. That makes everything else go out the window.

@@mailesmith168 I went to my dermatologist (switching for the next time) a month ago with three problems: toenail trauma, hyperpigmentation and yearly mole checkup. She only focused on the last one. Once she pronounced them all ok, she didn’t care for the “esthetic” problems I have. She tried to say goodbye and leave the room to see next patient twice and I had to stop her and ask about those, even though I told her at the beginning that I have more questions and which. I have watched SOOO many of your TikTok’s, but I finally made it to your KZread! As an Esthetician student (soon to graduate!), I really appreciate all the knowledge you guys share! I was wondering if you guys could talk about professional machines (like LED, hydra facial/other microdermabrasion, etc.) and discuss 1. are they worth the money (for a professional & for the client) 2. if the most expensive ones are really the best/necessary 3. of course it’s best to avoid the amazon dupes, but are there more affordable options that are safe and deliver results? I know this might be a more targeted video to skincare professionals… and maybe it’s something you do in a patreon type setting for licensed estheticians?? It might not appeal to your entire audience. But as a soon to be esthetician, the deals on these types of machines are tempting. Especially when the price tags on top of the line machines are so high. But of course I don’t want to get something that is unsafe, or won’t give my clients results. I could really use some professional input - especially from somebody who isn’t trying to sell me something. Lol. Thanks guys.

Once you get the mask adjusted so it fits comfortably and is not too loose, take the ends of the straps and slip them into the other side of the buckle and pull tight.
