To be fair, the headband style device you showed as “only covering part of the scalp” is meant to be moved over the head in sections…so, you can cover the whole scalp.

THANK YOU so much for sharing your experience with the iRestore device. I ended up buying the black one and the battery pack which I’m so glad I did, but only because I watched your video. I have been using it for a week and it’s so effortless to make it a part of my routine. I watch your videos while using the helmet when I get home every single night. I used your code and also let them know when I filled out their survey. I’m so excited about the journey and I will be taking pics & videos every 3 months to track my progress 👁️🦋💜

Thank you for these updates! I got the Essential helmet in October and I’m seeing good results so far. Less hair falling out, hairline regrowth, and baby hairs all over the treatment area. I’m going to give it a full year before upgrading but I’m very interested in the Elite since it seems that everyone is seeing better results.

I invested in the Omni Lux red light mask, that was a healthy price tag also… didn’t purchase the neck mask nor the hand mask. I use the Omni Lux for all as it is flexible. And for about a month now have been using it on the top of my head !!!! Sure it’s not a helmet but the fact that it’s still the correct amount of red and infrared…. Less $$ that I have to spend!! Very versatile in my opinion!

I use a panel from Platinum LED. It stopped my horrible shedding and gives me tons of new hair growth. I just sit a few inches away, put my hair back, and make sure to angle my head so it is directly in the light. Bonus it’s good for your skin too. And arthritis if you happen to have that lol. My hair loss was from lupus and perimenopause. They have panels as low as $399.

Thank you for the review! My crown and temples are starting to get so thin in the past year, maybe from stress or age. My naturally frizzy, curly hair has also gone thin, straight and silky in my part at the back, I'm curious if the helmet affects the curl pattern at all...I've been stressing and debating perms, but it wouldn't be the end of the world if I can't have the curls back. On the bright side, I only have to ever straighten or curl half of my hair! 👁 Thanks again, I love watching your videos!

Cassandra! Fellow Esthetician here. Thank you for another great video - I am a mega fan!! Interesting and stupidly long anecdote re biotin, but hang on for the ride… I promise it’s worth it: I hopped on the “biotin bandwagon” ages ago in, not necessarily because of hair growth concerns - I chocked up my thinning hair to the stress of all those back-to-back-bikini waxes in esthi school clinic, lol, when you know you know, and I know you know - but took biotin as an experiment - WHOAHHH DID BIOTIN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY HAIR GROWTH. But my hair thinning didn’t bother me enough to continue taking it, and AS SOON AS I STOPPED TAKING BIOTIN I LOST THE HAIR I HAD GROWN. It had worked so well though, that my hair stylist and I proselytized it for YEARS (fun fact: so did Dr. Dray in her early 2017 videos, showing us taking it every AM with breakfast, and stopped as science evolved), but I was puzzled why biotin worked for some and not others… Until a few years ago, when my doc and I had a full vitamin B panel done (unrelated) and low and behold - my B7 (aka biotin) was ridiculously low. NO FREAKIN’ WONDER BIOTIN WORKS FOR ME!!! I promptly started taking it again, and not only did I get my luscious locks back, but my mood elevated quite a bit - maybe because of the locks too, lol Isn’t science cool? I love this stuff so much that I got my Masters in something totally unrelated and then decided to turn my hobby into a career and become an esthi, haha Anyway, I am fortunate that all I need is biotin supplements to maintain my hair’s natural state - the iRESTORE would be overkill because I don’t have any other cause than low B7 levels (which you touched on here)… I watched this video anyway b/c I am a mega-fan and I watch all your videos 😊 But people just take biotin without even thinking about their B7 levels, and are disappointed that they aren’t getting the results they’re promised by the misleading , confusing supplement industry. There is a huge void out there for more info on this subject. Dr. Dray is wicked smart (as are you) and I’ve watched every video of hers since 2017, but she she kind of mysteriously stopped proselytizing it when science evolved, and then started talking about how it doesn’t work, not as clearly WHY. 😉 SO…PLEASE DO A DEEP-DIVE VIDEO ON SUPPLEMENTS - not just B7 - and help us open our eyes to the truth 👁️ -Lindsay (PDX)

The idea of that hair bands you showed is to move around the scalp to cover it all, including the back. I actually think those much more interesting, because it has "teeth" to separate the hair, end then get the light on the scalp, rather then the hair (for people who still have plenty of hair this is an issue). Also, they cover the sides of the scalp, where I have a lot of hair thinning. And thos those hair caps do not cover that.

Hi love your video and you are so beautiful! In the last two years my hair has been falling out. I don’t have visible bald spots but my hair loss is mainly on the sides of my head. So I’ve been to two dermatologists in the last two years and they have both ordered blood work. Results came back normal. Both doctors advised me to start Minoxidil daily and one time a week Nizerol. They both said my scalp looks healthy and my hair fall is most likely genetics’. Not sure why I’d need NIzoral if my scalp has no scaling or dandruff ??🤷‍♀️ Anyways I understand the hardships you have faced and it’s very frustrating when I don’t have the reason for my hair loss. I’ve had the white pro one for 2 yrs and I think it was working but usually after 3 months I fall off the wagon. I’m just not a consistent routine person and my hair ends up shedding because I’m not using it consistently. Before making a big purchase be real with yourself lol 😂

I have HSA- from what I understand, none would be covered, that you didn’t already have to pay in (except for the tax free part). But that’s Very different than insurance kicking in for it… IF. ONLY..!

if you were only after the red light in a face mask, and also wanted the benefit of red light therapy for your scalp and were short on funds... could you potentially... (and i know how dumb this sounds but i need to ask) wear it on your head but also hold it up to your face for the recommended time that someone should wear a face mask for? (i'm cringing as i type)...

In the FAQs, they recommend using it on clean, dry hair. I have curly hair. There’s basically NEVER a time when my hair is both dry AND free of product. 😢 I really want to buy it, but that’s an expensive device to buy when I know I’ll be impeding progress. 👁️👁️

Can I ask you, Cassandra, how old you are? Only because I am a post-menopausal woman and finding out that a lack of estrogen is often an underlying culprit of hair loss. Even young women can suffer. I have AGA, and I'm doing everything I can to maintain my hair.

Tbh I purchased a red light therapy panel to get more value for money: it has more wave lengths, it is more versatile than a helmet and costs 600 € instead of 2500. It is also more powerful than the helmet.

I can't see a difference. Your hair is parted unevenly and the colour is different. The only way I could tell whether there is a difference is if your hair is the same colour and parted in a straight central line.

Also her hair is dirty in the before which accentuates hair loss. In the after photo her head is also not tipped forward as much. Don't think she reads comments because these type of comments are on all of the I restore videos and at this point that's damn near every video.

Just a tip. If you have hair thinning, receding on front. You guessed it. It's androgenic alopecia. I had a scalp biopsy and it only confirmed my suspicion. If you are starting to see this, start birth control now. There are certain ones that block excess androgens. Spirolactone, or Jasmin (yaz) start sooner rather than later because it's scarring.

👁 I wish I could afford one of these helmets. I bought a red light mask from Maysama and my husband was not best pleased. But it's easier to ask for forgiveness, right? 😉 _Usually..._ He'd lose his ykw if I spent two and a half grand on a helmet. I don't blame him. We've got bills to pay and kids who need stuff, so maybe next year.
