Keep saying the Guardiola has never won at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but they actually won there in the FA Cup just a couple of months ago. They've never won there in the league though and generally haven't
George,there is bias against Saka but it's not for those reasons. It's because he is an Arsenal player, that's all. There IS an agenda from the media against Arsenal and their players. Just look at the banter Mikel gets, the 'bottlers' tag, the celebration police. The list is endless. If Saka played for City or United he'd be the golden boy

George, thank you so much for talking about the treatment of Saka on the pitch and in the media. as someone with close heritage to him, its so obvious what were seeing and nobody wants to call it out. Well done for having the courage mate. As Arsenal supporters we know what it means for players to get hurt because of people not doing their jobs or pushing a particular narrative "for some reason", and it always ends up in damage that is never acknowledged. I can only hope that B wont end up the same way. Today you showed yourself to be a man off courage, principle and honesty who isn't controlled by unconscious bias and I, for one, am glad there are still people like you left in the world. I think George is not able to take a step back in his apologia for Saka. Saka has repeatedly dropped stinkers this year. Almost every time he does so, he gets the phantom limp. Other wingers and players are also double marked. He is not special in that regard, Foden gets kicked and double marked as much does Saka. However, what I think pisses off fans is that Saka's phantom limp is used to disguise subpar performances. Also in terms of the player of the season, I also don't agree with George, Saka has scored a lot of penalties like Palmer which to many fans diminishes his goal involvements. So I think that the conclusion is that he isn't seen as worthy of being nominated, or being under more criticism because he is black is really pushing the boundaries of credulity here. That thinking is not helpful and is not supported by evidence, otherwise why is Ollie Watkins up there? He's also black, so why was he nominated and not Saka ? George should know that that is irrelevant to who is nominated for player of the season. Ollie Watkins is up there because he has been getting lots of goals (approximately 19? around the time of this message) and has been outstanding in lifting Villa up to UCL spot contention. I really do think the pod and especially George has dropped the ball on this one, with the easy, lazy and ill considered takes.

Are you honestly saying that simply because Ollie Watkins also has dark skin, that means Saka cant be discriminated against because of the colour of his skin?? There were other dark skinned people there but obviously something happened to me because I got a very late and pointless apology. Forden don't play as a winger and don't get double or trippled marked. The guy has a open cut on his leg after receiving studs in the previous game, he aggrevated that, clearly he is not one of your favourite players, but stop with the foden and palmer comparison, neither of those two players actually plays as wingers despite been shown on formation as potentially starting there. Arsenal as a team didn't progress the ball, so all our forwards looked horrible. Go on look at saka overall stats. Not just goals and assists, and you will see the player contribution to Arsenal overall....

Here's why we are nervous about the goal difference. Everybody has been operating under the assumption that if Man City Draws at spurs, Arsenal will be champions because of our superior goal difference. BUT our GD is only 3 goals above them now. Man C has been witling it down consistently across the last few games. If we only beat Everton by 1 goal, Man City can still pip us for the league by beating West Ham by 5, which at their current form, looks like an actual possibility.. its not the end of the world and incredibly unlikely. But what was once a sure thing (that we'd have the superior GD if it came down to it) is now something extra we have to be cautious of.
I think 'bottle' is a term that Arsenal haters just use to pillory Arsenal with, they always find a reason why other teams don't deserve the "bottle" tag. Ridiculous term.

Saka was flat today man he got bullied off of dalot it wasn't a good performance but we got the result. Such a frustrating slow game to watch, no intensity in anything we wernt ourself at all today.

Someone needs to talk about how Tierney was allowed to ref this match 1. He was the ref against Wolves only 3 games ago 2. He was also the ref at Old Trafford last season Havertz suffered so much today. Evans was playing him and not the ball all game long. The media will say Arsenal was nervous but the truth is Tierney let Man U play all game and the players knew that.

We have been above them forever and a day they had a few seasons above us after we lost a manger that was with us for 22 years cos we were transitioning and then after they gained full control of the club we have shot past spurs in a flash and don’t even consider we will finish below them. But every true Arsenal fan who is worth listening to would rather miss out of cl than see spurs win the Prem for the first time. I live in America, football fans over here are dreadful and have no clue about football culture. Stick to the nba where they play music during the game because it’s all about entertainment and not sport (a key part of sport is rivalry I.e you’d never want your rivals to win and would take a small L to prevent them winning something significant)

With continued success, we would have may be quadrupled our global following leading to more broadcast revenues and more success. Unfortunately, the management decided to target local fan base more than global, who are content with just have a leg up their rivals. Whether you like it or not, global supporter base, whom some of you locals call glory hunters, push the club forward since the whole reason they become fan in their youth days is due to club’s success.
