Actually its two fold: before integrating the youths into the first team, first you gotta have the right environment and the right entry conditions. And to have those, you gotta 'fix' the first team first. So rather than having a youngster punching through, its more about can the youngster fit the current enviroment or having the right entry period. You build character with loans, with experience that might not be the same as the first team so that they gain perspective, rather than just understanding only one. It is also much better to bring in a youngster into a winning team, rather than a losing one so as to not heap more pressure on their young shoulders. Of course there are exceptions (saka, ESR, Reiss for eg) but for the most part, loans solves this issue.

He’s so young, there’s no need to rush him in. It takes 10-15 year to develop a youth academy player to be PL ready. It takes 10-15 minutes in a game to ruin all that work and get them injured. He should play when he’s fully ready.

@@shahidnyker2900 it’s a concept that’s been misconstrued somewhat. A wake time is arguably more important as the light in the morning is your “reset button” for the day. Nobody’s talking about why would Klopp go on a shopping spree only to get the players and then while they they unpack their bags, he’s leaving them behind🤷🏽‍♂️ There’s no way anyone can make sense of that. That’s why nobody is talking about it because they want to nurse egos. Last season Liverpool failed to qualify for the CL; Klopp demanded funds to rebuild and got them. I think for me, I look at this squad he’s assembled, it’s full of mistakes medium and long term. If this squad was playing CL football this season, they’ll not be in the top 4. Next season people will see this, with or without Klopp. But Klopp being the man he is, he knows already. He wasted money. Didn’t buy to fix the defense and midfield and his wingers are not scoring enough goals. Ridiculous and outrageous claims??? Let’s shelf this and wait. I’ll say this, both City and Liverpool are behind Arteta’s Arsenal in their preparations this season, including the rebuilding that all three have done from last season. KDB Mahrez and Gundogan have not been replaced CORRECTLY. These two may see one of them win ahead of Arsenal; but for me they’ve fallen behind Arteta’s Arsenal; we beat them with both registering a paltry single shot in target the entire game! Nobody talks about it, cause it’s a fluke right? Like you just simply choke the Mighty City and Liverpool teams to a single shot because you’re a lousy Arsenal outfit right? Yeah 👍🏾 Both Pep and Klopp are scared of this Arteta’s Arsenal going into next season! Klopp won’t have the funds to fix this mess he created with this rebuilding. Pep shouldn’t escape FFP next season after all the Houdini tactics over the years. So we’re reaching a level where it’ll be down to coaching and not big spending. Arterta has proven his mettle there💯🙌🏾 I’m listening to both Klopp and Pep it’s all loud and clear🫀🫀🫀no wonder Klopp thinks it’s best to skip town. There’s a new Gunslinger in town, and he’s coming for the scalp of the best of the best…Mikel Arteta! COYG🔥🔥🔥

Guys, this topic on what Arteta’s doing to rebuild our youth structure and how he’s setup the recruitment process for our youth academy has already been covered extensively! Don’t talk about it as if we have NOTHING going on! You’re misleading people who’re not in touch with the behind the scenes work at Arsenal as spearheaded by Mikel Arteta! I challenge you to go and look up articles on this. It covered the staff and targets already bought and the ideology and timelines Arteta has set the academy to start providing the first team with top tier talent. Otherwise. I mean well. Let’s give credit where it’s due and not try to make news when there aren’t any.
