What you lot smoking? 350k wages , will be +80m , has a stinking attitude , but he has pace and some finishing so let's bring . So Arteta got rid of all rotten apples, has built one of best OOP team , and you want him to sign Rashford who neither isn't good at OOP stuff nor mentality wise . Just cause he changed Havertz doesn't mean all his "I can save him" signing will work and Rashford is too big of a risk .

I personally wouldn't want Arteta to go anywhere near Rashford. There is no denying that on his day, he can be top quality, as well as grab a goal or 2. But I feel there are too many issues surrounding him. His wages are massive. His attitude doesn't seem right (you can say all you want about interviews ect, but actions on the pitch speak louder than words). He can be quite a selfish player, such as if he does manage to score early in a game. You will find that at any opportunity to shoot, he will do so. Even if someone is in a better position, he just has an eye for goal. Now, that can be a good thing, but for a squad like this. You want a team player, not an individual who seems to only care about his goal tally. He reminds me of Auba, in regards to performing well when there is possible talks of a new contract. Rashford scored and performed at a high level last season (yes, I know man utd have had injuries this season), but after his contract renewal he doesn't seem that bothered. Or that's how it comes a cross at least. Ultimately, I want a team player who will always give his all. Always put the team first and fight tooth and nail to help drag us over the line, especially when when needed, like in really tight games. I just don't feel Rashford is a player like that, or certainly all those qualities.

A player who could offer a lot of what's on your list with the main drawback in his game being injuries would be Alex Isak. The perfect mix of intelligence, athleticism and technique. 100m on him is fair given his age and the output we saw from him this season in a pretty injured Newcastle side.

If you asked me at the beginning of the season whether I'd rather sign Rashford or Havertz for 65mil I would take Rashford. If Mikel can rescue another great player from a struggling club then I will be overjoyed since we have seen his quality. However it is a risk due to attitude, form, confidence, possible higher price tag driven by interest from PSG and wage expectations being a young star at a rival club. The brilliant environment at Arsenal could get the best out of him though.

I don’t think so. He might do ok for a season, but what’s to say he won’t go the same way as bad Ozil or Aubameyang after that. He’s also quite poor technically. In this team, ruthlessness is something you must learn to accept. Even i would be open to a saka sale if i find someone better or if an offer comes that i can't refuse. So selling martinelli shouldn't come as a shock. Leao is an upgrade to Martinelli and if we get Rashford (which is a big if) then we cash in on Martinelli if the right offer comes. But we must get leao to our club. He has the potential un imaginable. If we don't get Rashford, then if possible, let's get the leao deal done

We’re not some sort of shelter or charity or rejuvenation centre for lost causes. The reason Havertz and Ødegaard have excelled at Arsenal is because the former was being horribly misused by Chelsea, and the latter just couldn’t break into the Madrid team ahead of Modric and Kroos (most players in the world wouldn’t). Rashford has been United’s crown jewel for years, but has completely failed to justify the potential many people believed he had. His attitude stinks, he and Bruno have the worst body language when the going gets tough, his work rate is rubbish (especially defensively), and he simply refuses to play anywhere that isn’t his preferred position. The faux intellectualism that makes people think that Rashford would work at Arsenal because United is so rubbish is exactly how and why we’ve ended up with players like Danny Welbeck, Mikael Silvestre, William Gallas, David Luiz, and even to a degree Gabriel Jesus and Oleksander Zinchenko. We’re not at that level anymore.

Rashford has far more problems going on other than his football! Can’t see him in that dressing room! What do I know!

Would take him if its £60mill or less and he would need to take a paycut from his £375k p/w wages.

No, absolutely not. Turning around a player like Havertz is one thing, but where Havertz shines is exactly where Rashford is weak. Intangibles like attitude, work rate, mentality, & football intelligence. Not to mention he's on very high wages & United will want too much for it to be worth the risk.

Our dressing room will become toxic within days/weeks of signing Rashford and within months, there will be calls for Arteta to be sacked. Yes, Rashford may be talented ... but so were Aubameyang and Ozil. He is also moody, terribly inconsistent, and boasts a massive ego. Also, he is ManUtd through and through, which is why he turns up for games against Arsenal. No, thank you!

This guy is delusional. Work rate is a mentality and inner quality as a professional . You can make them have better work rate but at key mombets they will revert back to their usual bad workrates

Absolutely NOT. He's not a good footballer. People have been fooled because he's a carrington product. Doesn't track back, has low football intelligence for a winger and worst of all, has a very casual and toxic approach to football. He thinks he's the main character.

Havertz wanted to be better, by himself, ge just needed avenue and guidance in the right path, he had tge mentality, work rate and that desire to never give up, and his major con is his confidence but rashford would throw his toys outta the pram, if hes not tge main man, have we not learnt our lessons with aubameyang and özil? Players that couldn't ve too bothered about the team and only themselves, whats tge guarantee rashford wouldn't fall into that category
