Glad you guys brought up martinellis performance. He was absolutely everywhere, he made a lot more runs inside like the one to set up the Kai goal, and his energy on that side is a big reason that kiwior looks so good and has been able to settle in. If I was a fullback there's no winger i'd rather have in front of me. And output wise he's been quietly racking up the assists and if we were more clinical he'd have a lot more.

Rice at left 8 was special. He hit some through balls to Martinelli and Havertz with pace that only they could get to and control. He hit one too long to Martinelli, and that's about the only "bad" phase he had throughout the 90. He's at least 200m at this point.

The second goal was so smooth and a thing of beauty I know Jorginho made the pass and Martinelli made the cross which are both beautiful but I don't think Havertz was in the line of sight of any of Newcastle's back 4 from the moment the ball left Jorginho's boot to the time he arrived at the far post... textbox ghosting into the box!

Arsenal's performance against Newcastle United was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing a team that has truly embraced a winning mentality under Mikel Arteta. The 4-1 victory not only extended their winning streak but also demonstrated the team's attacking prowess, with goals coming from multiple players. Kai Havertz's movement and Jorginho's contributions were standout features, reflecting the growing cohesion within the squad. The pressing and defensive solidity displayed by Arsenal added a layer of confidence, making it challenging for Newcastle to find any rhythm. The extended highlights captured the essence of the game, emphasizing moments of brilliance, such as Bukayo Saka's world-class goal and Jakub Kiwior's celebration, showcasing the team's unity. The atmosphere at Emirates Stadium was electric, emphasizing the strong connection between the players and the fans. Arsenal's current form, with a six-match win streak and 25 goals in the Premier League, indicates a team on the rise. The performance against Newcastle is a testament to the progress made under Arteta, instilling hope and excitement among the Arsenal faithful. With players contributing from all positions, the team appears unpredictable and potent, making them a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming fixtures. The Gunners seem to be on the right track, and if they maintain this level of performance, they could be genuine contenders for major honors. #Arsenal #COYG 🔴⚪

Hey CanPodders.... I really and truly love and appreciate the content you're making.... What gets me hooked is the emphasis on technicality of terms and going into the minute details of how articulate Arteta is and how much of a maestro a true artist of the football... I honestly think when all is said and done he might end up being the best manager we will ever have.. No disrespect or comparison to The Legendary Sir Arsene Wenger. I really love the way Arteta sees the world and how he seems like he's 20 steps ahead of everyone the foresight is undeniable and that's slowly being transmitted to the team and it really feels like he's slowly easing the boys into it all.. I have so much to say I won't say much more than I HOPE WHEN THE POD GETS TO 100K SUBS you will tell us about how the three of you linked and how the chemistry and respect just flows between the three of you regardless of location and how often you link up in person and all... Etc... ❤ From Harold 🇿🇼

I genuinely think that first half is the most dominant half of football I've ever seen, from any team ever. I can't remember a single moment that Newcastle had the ball. If we took all our chances it could've been 6-0 in the first half.

Asking the right questions George, when do we need to peak in a game and when do we need to peak in a long season run? Pep has discovered the answers for his team and even without leaving gear 2 they win games and then turn on the heat against their big rivals toward the end of the season.

I'm starting to really worry about the "Klopp's last season" narrative that's building. Where, a bit like the Leicester year, because everyone wanted it to happen, things "mysteriously" just went their way all the time. As we know, refs in this league are hilariously shit and are influenced by stories in the media, I'm seriously dreading them buying into the Klopp narrative. It almost feels inevitable that they win it because of this irritating send-off love story that's being painted
