  Why isn’t it nutritious? The bacon is unhealthy sure and so are the pancakes (relatively they aren’t too bad depending on the recipe) but eggs and hash browns? That’s really not too bad lol. It being excessive is true for what you made but most of us don’t eat all of those things at the same time.

  Ok 3 three 1 the average American does not eat 5 pancakes about 2 or three are what we eat. 2 you are missing the point of the food because you clearly don’t understand that the American breakfast is made with high protein and carbs both things that you need to get through the workday. The point of the American breakfast isn’t to give you your nutrients that is lunch and dinner’s job the point is to give you the energy needed for a working class man to make it though the day and the protein needed to maintain the muscle needed for factory work or construction work or farming as those are energy intensive and muscles remodel themselves very often so they need the protein for the remodeling process as well as hypertrophy. 3 FYI Americans especially in the south tend to eat biscuits or as you across the pond would call them savory scones with gravy and sausage + the aforementioned eggs hashbrowns and bacon.

  If you feel of little worth, think of how the strongest country in the world, fought two wars after it was attacked supposedly by folks hiding in caves with flip flops on because they were jealous of the former’s freedoms. In one war, a gigantic lie was told and as a result, a million innocent people of that country died. In the second war, it took over 20 years, countless lives and billions of dollars, only to replace the former government with itself. That same country is now funding the most horrific massacres anyone has seen in a long time, all in the guise of “self defense”. At least you’re not that incompetent and/or evil. Be grateful for that my friend. You still bring joy and smiles to millions online. The country of Pakistan alone loves you for putting their national dish as #1 for so long.
