Today I'm making karaage: Japanese fried chicken. One of my favorite comfort foods that I had no idea was so easy to make at home.

All important aspects of the work. I have for u a movie tip. The french movie Vatel. Enjoy. And come to stockholm.

I can absolutely recommend to swap corn starch for potato starch (or potato flour). It becomes more crispy for some reason

I really love your recipes Kevin. So much, even, that I bought your cookbook a while ago! I haven't had the opportunity to make all of them, but I just tried your Ultimate Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry and it just brought so much joy into my weeks! Thank you so much for your inspiring videos and recipes, and please don't forget that you have made my life just a little better with your content. I hope you are doing well!!

Why this is so similar to the recipe I know in India . Just use besan(Pea flour) and instead of soya sauce we use egg dhaniya(coriander) , methi(don't know it's english name google it)and green chillies. otherwise everything is same as karaage And these are optional: msg, mustard, dahi(type of yogurt) ,bread crumbs, baking powder .
