My recipe for banana bread (which I invented!) Is whipping the bananas with your butter and sugar, and whipping the eggs separately (you also need to use one fewer eggs than usual because the bananas work to bind the dough). Then all the egg and add the same weight of flour as the amount of butter you added. Add a good amount of bicarbonate/baking powder, some vanilla powder, and gentlyix together to get the lightest banana bread you will ever sample

In eastern part of India we mix mashed overripe banana, white flour, sugar - make a thick batter and deep fry in white oil in little round shape (a bit smaller than meatballs). Almost similar to that pancake recipe, but deep fried. They don't take that much oil as it seems. The caramelized sugar and banana gives it a great taste.

One of the first dishes I ever baked on my own was banana bread. I was scared of overcooking it so I took it out of the toaster oven wayyyy too early, accidentally dropped it, and the top third of the still liquid banana bread spilled all over the open door of the oven. I just shoveled it back in and let the goo bake onto the glass. Still yummy 🤓

Overripeness brings out the sugar taste in bananas. For this reason, they are a big step up from ripe bananas in dishes like smoothies, banana bread, etc.
Benjiiiiiiii, he's straight. Don't fall into that trap! Come say hi. Lol
Good snack for ifthar👍. Btw Happy Ramadan for all fellow muslims.
I already bought your book! It came out in Kindle today, and I snatched it right up. I can’t wait to use it!
Asian here, we loove our pisang goreng, jemput2 pisang and lempeng pisang. Means fried banana, banana fritters n our malay version of banana pancake cook with shreaded coconut flakes. Yummy.
Raw banana in there 😂😂
He know what he is doing :)
My favourite is simple banana cookies. Just over ripe bananas, oats, and choc chips mixed toegther, then make cookies on a baking tray and in the oven until cooked. Super simple and super good.
"dont want to get sick because of the raw banana.... its dangerous" 😂😂😂😂😂
This is a certified Banana Moment
I love your energy and vibe of this video, that’s a sub
How did you know I got overripe bananas?
In eastern part of India we mix mashed overripe banana, white flour, sugar - make a thick batter and deep fry in white oil in little round shape (a bit smaller than meatballs). Almost similar to that pancake recipe, but deep fried. They don't take that much oil as it seems. The caramelized sugar and banana gives it a great taste.
I usually mash the bananas, add a little vanilla, and some eggs, then use a Japanese style rolled egg pan. (butter the pan) Makes a great sweet rolled egg for bentos

I have the same mixer! Multiquick 9 with 1200 Watt? It's GREAT! I love making HUmmus with it, or smoothies, all day long!
2 guys one cup with "banana ice cream"
Raw banana joke sent me 💀😭
Okay he knows his cooking for sure!
Cut over to 3 minutes of KWOOWK just eating all the bananas in a time span of 3 minutes
Got recommended this and immediately got to chopping up my browned bananas to make the chocolate ice cream later today lmao
Banana bread is definitely my favourite; no nuts or anything, super dense and moist is the best, but a lot of people think that's not bread-y or cake-y enough, or that missing the nuts is a crime, but I like it a lot

I’ll try it without the nuts but only because I don’t want to buy the nuts too because they are expensive 😶
....aaaaaaw, I'd like to go back to studytime😂 so good👌🏽 everything, thank you..enjoy🎉
add 1 tbl of lime juice, 115ml of coconut milk then 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp all spice and 1/8 tsp ginger, and whisky soaked sultanas to the banana bread and top it with rock sugar it tastes amazing
I had so much banana ice cream when I was recovering from my wisdom tooth removal! (I used a food processor) Adding cocoa powder sounds delicious!!

Nice! Well, it's really the taste & nutrition that matters after all.

I was just asking to my mom what should we do with bananas. Thanks for the video.
I love to make banana milkshake. 2 brown bananas with 1 litre fluid (oat milk is fine too)
The texture of thawed frozen bananas is HORRIBLE. I made the mistake of putting frozen bananas in my overnight oats. It was truly an experience I wish I could forget
Praise the LORD for creating bananas!
2:38 the fact you didn't do "you can add nuts if you want, go nuts" joke is something deeply sadening to me
I love how you swear in English even though its not your first language. I often like to swear in German but you speak English far better than I can speak German
Try adding Brazil nuts or pistachios on your banana ice cream
I usually just batter them and make banana fritters. They are already rly sweet so you don't have to add more sugar if you don't want to (I usually top it off with a little honey)
Banana bread is perfect with oats instead of flour. Delicious!
Me, before watching the video: "...banana bread? Banana pancakes?" Me, after watching the video: "banana and cacao powder ICE CREAM you say..." I will definitely try that!
Ești tare, tot respectul! p.s. apreciez mai ales umorul "ardelenesc" adăugat ca și condiment speial in tot ceea ce gătești 😂 Good job, you're making us all proud of you!🤗

i like it when they get that way that's my fav!
You can make a great smoothie out of frozen bananas. Simply add 1 frozen banana, 35-40 g of spinach, some water, juice from half a lemon and a little bit of olive oil into your blender and blend it until it's smooth. Super tasty :)
your uncooked banana joke got me questionning if I was stupid or not. Then I realized I was probably stupid for questionning whether or not I was stupid for questionning your uncooked banana joke
my favorite custom food is a drink called "Chocolate Drink" Step 1: Melt any chocolate you like Step 2: Add Coconut Oil Step 3: Add Milk Step 4: Add Butter (Optional) Step 5: Put in it a glass Step 6: If it's to hot let it cool down Step 7: Enjoy! You should try it.
Brown bananas = sweetest bananas
I luuuuuve the sweater ☺️
I usually blend them with milk, honey and some sweet spices. Good for either a sweet drink or a cold soup before a heavy meat dish.
Or you can also put them in a pan with a bit of butter, and add some Rhum (you can burn it, cool trick to show) and it's delicious to eat with a vanilla ice cream for exemple
Due to your habit of buying bananas in such great amount I have a sneaking suspicion you’re Donkey Kong.
Banana ice-cream is really good idea, especially someone who is lazy like me.
This is very useful!!
Im like you ALWAYS buying to much bananas, and ALWAYS making banana bread, scones, pancakes, muffins or cupcakes. But This idea of banana ice cream blew my mind. Sure Im gonna make it thanks!!!!
Love the sweater😄
Hey I LOVE your videos; do a Ramadan Special please 🙏🏽
I alredy love banana for years but I did not know you can make soooo good stuff with it
I need that sweater ☁️
1st time watching your channel. The recipes look yummy and I cracked up at you not wanting to get sick because of the raw banana! 😂
The chaotic energy of adding chili fakes ended me lol
You need to make a Puerto Rican Mallorca sandwich with powdered sugar, egg, cheese and ham 🇵🇷👏. Sweet and savory perfect breakfast and it has to be real homemade Mallorca bread and then it will be served with a good coffee preferably black with a bit of milk and brown sugar to your taste.
Learnt recently that you can also use the peel and saute it
I have a hole shelf of bananas frozen in my freezer so this video will help
I like making banana brandy with extra ripe bananas because the Suger content is higher
You can also make banana cake and also a single serving banana cake in a bowl cooked in the microwave. There’s recipes on KZread for it.
Bananas are my favorite food! 🤤💛
ITS funny that its literlly mix of few Your old shorts, from few years ago, who watched this man that time 👍
in vietnam, I saw the people turned overriped bananas into wine, and it's very expensive
Those banana pancakes are awesome, but mine where the stickiest things ever, stuck to the buttered non-stick pan immediately and I ended up having little pieces of pancake balls, which were fantastic, but annoying lol. I also added a pinch of chili flakes, and I got one single spicy bite out of all 4 of the pancakes haha
Day 6 of asking if you can do to " I am rating every country national dish" serie national Slovak dish Bryndza gnocchi with bacon please, you will love it.

Oh nice! I have seen on Albert's channel.
In the southern state of India called Karnataka we make mangalore buns using ripe banana. The more it is ripe the best it tastes. Hope you try it💜. We pair it with a gravy called sagu🤤
Man went 🍌
In banana pancakes, I only need 1 egg and 1 banana to become pancake, yes it's that easy.
