Massy, I recently subscribed to your channel. You provide such amazing information. I am 64 and started exercising again three years ago. In March 2021, I weighed 350. I changed my diet, started walking, then started body weight exercises. I am now 170 and my favorite exercise is crawling. In one of your videos, you talked about how all our muscles fire when we exercise. You are right on cue. I look forward to more videos and more instruction.
I cannot believe I couldn't get through 10mns workout...Got me sweating and shaking 🥵😵💫I will definitely do all your core workouts

Not sure if you started this way, but since food is important to help gain muscle, what would you recommend to someone that's not a big eater? I'm 54, have 3 children (youngest 21) (all by c-section) and around 140 lbs. I'm not in bad shape but need to build my core and tone.
