production on this upload is excellent. Consider adding a ceiling cam too. They do that on the Today Show. Makes folks feel like they're invasively participating. LOL.

Wait, cooking or heating up the kimchi kills the good bacteria. For me I keep it raw and yes with the breakfast. The first part, so the good bacteria can spread ... and I love it with eggs too. A very nice video! And as always with a very nice attitude. I like to watch!

Yes! Cooking kimchi adds a whole new dimension to its flavor. And homemade sourdough is quite the process but such a rewarding venture!

Cooking Kimchi changes the flavor which some may like but cooking kimchi kills the gut healthy probiotic that comes from fermentation. Make more sense to just cooked raw cabbage instead.

I made the eggs and kimchi. It was ok. I’ll eat it because it’s good for me, but it wasn’t a wow meal for me.
