This workout is to be performed circuit style. There are 9 movements broken together intro three unique circuits. you will perform each movement of a circuit back to back for a full set. You can do this at home with only dumbbells and bands. For the full glute program visit TRU.TRAINING. On this program we train glutes three times a week at home with only free weights, and bands. These workouts are top tier. Requires alot of balance, however that is what's needed to build a solid core. U were great at explaining these, Massy. U have such a well formed & structured back muscles so Hopefully u can show us how to build & maintain our structure.✌🏾💫

I will do a video on supplements but every bottle will tell you when. I love that you enjoy the protein. Bcaas during workouts, creatine 30 mins before. You’re going to love the products. Get the tropical popsicle flavor for bcaas.
