Welcome to the “Legs For Days” series. This routine focuses effective circuits to help you build and sculpt your lower half. Perform this routine twice a week with progressive overload. Beginners 2-3 sets and advanced levels 4 sets.

Tips: when working out in circuits the goal is to take very little to no rest in between the movements of a circuit. Rest when the circuit is fully completed. The benefits of this routine include cardiovascular benefits. You will get your strength and cardio done in the workout which is why I choose circuit training as my preferred style of training.
Choose a resistance that fits your strength level. Your last repetitions should feel like you’re working at 85% of your max effort.

Esta rutina se enfoca en circuitos simples pero super efectivos para fortalecer tus piernas, tu pared abdominal, y tus glúteos. Como resultado crecer tus glúteos, tonificar los músculos de tus piernas. Realiza esta rutina dos veces por semana. Este tipo de rutina te salvará tiempo en el gym y vas a quemar cal
Circuitos: harás todos los movimientos de cada ejercicio con poco o sin ningún descanso entre ellos. Realizaras cada circuito 3 veces por las repeticiones que te he escrito en el video.

Work out Warmup: Five minutes of foam roller (2 sets) Shin boxes (2 sets 12 reps) Bodyweight squats (2 sets 12 reps) Reverse lunges (2 sets 6 reps each side) Cat cow (2 sets 6 reps) Knee pull (2 sets 12 reps) The work out: Set 1 Circuit Dumbbell Bulgarians (4 sets 8 reps each leg) Heels elevated single arm rack squat (4 sets 8 reps each side) Modified forearm plank with hip extension (4 sets 6 reps each) Set 2 Circuit Box step ups (4 sets 8 reps) Dumbbell RDLs (4 sets 8 reps) Physio ball alternating dead bugs (4 sets 8 reps) Set 3 Circuit Linear lunges (elevated) (3 sets 8 reps) Leg curls (yoga ball) (3 sets 12 reps) Extended plank ISO hold (30 secs) Cool down 5-10 min of foam roller on glutes, hamstrings, and quads

How long did it take your body to actually form abs? I started being fully dedicated to working out last summer and I've lost body and stomach weight because I struggle with bloating, but I still have love handles as well. My biggest goal is to get a 6 pack and it seems so hard. I have also changed my diet but I do cheat sometimes any advice for how long the process should be to get a 6 pack?

Hi! So you did 8 sets total on most of these? 4 sets of 2 exercises then working rest (abs) then repeat 4 sets of same 2 exercises? Or just 4 sets total per exercise...?
I did the set 3 but I re did the one for a last set because I didn't have the Ball or a bench. Doing
