Welcome back team!
This is going to be a very simple series comprised of three movements we will do daily to strengthen our core. In this video I take you through Isometric training that will be the foundation to building the muscular endurance and core stability to maintain position and strengthen your entire core.
The goal of this series is to practice these workouts for the next 5 days and do an extra set the following week. You will notice a major difference in the way you feel, perform, and move.

Wow! I've been doing side planks for years and never activated the glute nor adductor muscles. What a big difference this make! Thanks for dropping that knowledge!❤
I just watched this video at 5am on the last day of April. I plan to start tomorrow on May 1 and make it through two weeks of developing core strength.

Thank you! I need this after hurting my right obliques squatting with poor form and got my right piriformis muscle irritated into the mix so it has been months of recovery and I now need some new techniques to get my entire core strength in balance and my six-pack back ❤
I saw when you dropped day 1 and got so excited! I could only start today as I was wrapping up another challenge. My 2024 personal challenge is my core,. Felt so good to be able to get through all the workout including the add-on at the end! So proud of myself because I know consistency is really key. I would not have got through this had I not been so core-focused! Would love an arm strengthening series, also a back strengthening series without weights if possible. I have started focusing on bodyweight training for the last year or so as I think it is not as easy as many might think! Love anything calisthenics!

My goal is to get back to the place where it feels as effortless to do this workout, as you make it look. You absolutely inspire, because neither the poses, nor the holds are easy.
THIS IS WHAT I NEED... I have issues, and I want to exercise and I want to start from the beginning cause I am truly new to this. I have watched a lot of people and so far I don't want to watch anyone else. I love the way you are breaking things down. I am out of work due to an illness, and I feel by the time I go back to work, prayerfully, I will stick to Tribe this will take me for the rest of my long life... GOD sent you to me..❤❤

Just found Day 1! I’m in.
Ok..... WOW I knew I was gonna get my ass kicked but Damn. My body was shaking for the modified forearm plank and my arms started trembling for the reverse tabletop got a cramp in my left tricep I believe I've never experienced that before So I know I'm working out muscles I've never worked out before 😂. I'm telling myself the shaking is weakness leaving my body and I plan on just doing this one work for some weeks until I master it then I'll go to the next. I love it here ❤️❤️💯

I’m behind doing this challenge right now. I will start with this Monday in between my Pilates classes . Recovery from double mastectomy with round of chemo total body was weak getting better ❤️🩹 stronger each workout. Thank you for being you ❣️❣️

Hi Massy, I am new to your channel and in the process of working through your videos. Thank you for your videos, they are very useful. I have been away from regular exercise due to travel for missionary work in remote areas. I am beginning to develop poor posture with my head hanging forward. Do any of your videos address posture issues or do you have any words of wisdom for correcting and preventing head forward problems? I am in very good health and physically able to do any exercise. Any help you give would be most appreciated.

I give you created @massy I’m 5’’3 186lb try to do a plank I can’t no strength, I need to lose weight I get fatigue, joints pain, I was 135 before pregnancy, I definitely need to do something this weight to much
I have a weak back and core and was told I have diastasis recti . I’ve been struggling hard core but is this too advanced or not a good option for me?

No! If there is a tingly numbing sensation that is a because blood flow to the nerves is being blocked. How much mobility are you adding to your training or daily activities? I would say so….nothing too advance/high impact it is more strengthening and holding position which will get longer as you get stronger. Good luck (I’ve had two babies) ❤
