I requested one and I was asked to bring a doctor's note :( Going to my doctor to get it. I don't understand if this will improve our overall health, why is it so difficult to get equipment to make our life easier.

It’s not necessary to be negative or wrongly condescending, especially when you could have easily just kept scrolling. Like really? Amen! I know oh to well. My SI joint was injured a couple of years ago and they thought it was sciatica until MRI old army injuries contributed to my lower extremities issues not to mention 3 C sections. I’m 52 and trying to rescuplt and recover my once very athletic physique. Thanks for this video as we sit behind the desk more now than ever.❤🙏🏾

This happens a lot when we fall into patterns. Have you ever tried to set goals that you know you will always achieve? As simple as : today I’m going to walk for 45 mins and stretch for 10? Try setting these goals or moving prior to going to work.

Girl, this is why I’m in physical therapy now! All this sitting for work and then I worked out five days a week and didn’t stretch much! Somehow, I injured my left hip flexor and boy is it painful! I’m on the road to recovery, slowly, but surely! It’s a reminder to stretch more and to have a couple days a week dedicated to glute work!

I am a 56 year old software dev. Once a 4 minute miler. Though it was always in my mind that I need to change this, it hit me like a ton of bricks this year. My body collapses into old man form if I am not mindful. When I am mindful, it happens anyway. I've ruined my body from sitting
