It’s not necessary to be negative or wrongly condescending, especially when you could have easily just kept scrolling. Like really? In the infamous words of Tabitha Brown, “have a good day but if you can’t, don’t you dare go ruining it for anyone else”. 😉

    When working from home I use my commute time for a full workout. Then mic in push ups and squats during breaks.

    I am a city bus driver and a senior! Stretching is critical, however, weights and walking 12/30/3 has been life changing for me! Have to keep that physical structure strong...❤

    Yes indeed. So many people think stretching is the answer to pain and weakness but it’s lack of strength and muscle that causes pain.

    OMG. I'm having the same issue, I went from running a restaurant to trading. My back is always hurting and now I walk 5 miles to make up for the sitting. This video was right on time .

    Amen! I know oh to well. My SI joint was injured a couple of years ago and they thought it was sciatica until MRI old army injuries contributed to my lower extremities issues not to mention 3 C sections. I’m 52 and trying to rescuplt and recover my once very athletic physique. Thanks for this video as we sit behind the desk more now than ever.❤🙏🏾

    I'm 58, for the 1st time in my life I finally got a sit down job. During the 6yrs my my muscles and tissues started to deteriorate. I've been doing exercise for 1 month during the pain . It works.

    This here☝🏾!!!! IYKYK sitting is terrible for sciatica and back pain. I wanna quit administrative work because its bad for the body I need movement! These are all similar to what my PT had me do in order to get back to normal after being bedridden ❤

    A high back chair with lower back support helps too. I had to switch from my low back chair almost as soon as I bought it and I’d never had lower back soreness or pain before.

    This happens a lot when we fall into patterns. Have you ever tried to set goals that you know you will always achieve? As simple as : today I’m going to walk for 45 mins and stretch for 10? Try setting these goals or moving prior to going to work.

    Girl, this is why I’m in physical therapy now! All this sitting for work and then I worked out five days a week and didn’t stretch much! Somehow, I injured my left hip flexor and boy is it painful! I’m on the road to recovery, slowly, but surely! It’s a reminder to stretch more and to have a couple days a week dedicated to glute work!

    Try one of those weird looking ergonomic chairs. They're made to keep you from getting fatigued. You kinda sit at an angle on your knees. 😮👍

    Omg please please 🙏🏻 do a workout routine for those of us that work sitting on a desk that we can do every hour! I had to stop going to the office because they refused to get me a stand up desk and it was killing my back so I work mostly from home but it hurts my business because I work with clients and I need to be at the office from time to time

    I am a 56 year old software dev. Once a 4 minute miler. Though it was always in my mind that I need to change this, it hit me like a ton of bricks this year. My body collapses into old man form if I am not mindful. When I am mindful, it happens anyway. I've ruined my body from sitting
