This is one of my favorite classes. Have been taking Katja's classes online since the beginning of 2020 and couldn't wish for a better instructor. Have been doing Pilates for many years and had good teachers before. Would highly recommend Katja's classes.

First, I'd like to say how much I adore this routine as I adore all of your classes. I have done it many times. I was wondering if you could create another class with the roller. I tried other classes with the roller, but they just didn't work for me. Your teaching technique/style is challenging yet so calming. Thanks so much for all of your classes.

Thank you for this foam roller class, Katja! I had had my eye on it for a little while even though I don't have a roller, but when I realised my gym has some available for members to use I took my iPad along to the gym and finally did the workout! I can't wait to use the roller again. Particularly love the exercises with it under the sacrum. Thank you again! 😀

Dear Sarb, thank you for your kind msg. Yes, doing this class regularly should help decreasing tension in your upper back and also improve your posture. It will help you to become more aware of your posture too so you can correct it in your everyday life.
I love all your Pilates routines. You are so precise and informative. I have not tried this video yet and was wondering what is the length of your roller. The room in which you do your exercises is just beautiful. Is it part of your house? Hope you don't think I am too snoopy, just interested.

Hi Edna, thank you for your lovely comment! The roller I use is 90cm long and 15 cm in diameter. My videos are filmed in my friends studio in her garden :)
Fu First try with foam roller - not easy- I think my roller too thick will try a smaller diameter one - but what I could do was great. Thank you Katja Rx
Is it possible to zoom in closer to see the pose at close range rather than a distance? Great class! If I don't have a foam cylinder what can I use instead? ♥️ Forget question about foam cylinder, my quilt rolled tightly is perfect substitute. 😁 Just finished this, that was so good for my back and shoulders! I really needed that! Thank you!

Yes, was going to suggest a large towel rolled up tightly! We have started using 2 cameras to be able to show closer up... keep practicing! Thank you!

Hi Marina, yes when you start off it may feel uncomfortable but you will get used to it. If it's still too much, you can put a towel on top of the roller to soften it a little.
