Speaking of timing, was looking for something different so delighted that you had this today. If possible, I'd like to request additional loop band workouts, maybe one focusing more on the upper body Again, many thanks for what you do!

Dear Katja! Your videos have been cheering me up over the last two years - thank you so much! Since I am about to start the nhs Couch to 5k challenge - can you recommend a routine to warm up to avoid injury - in the past I did your ‘quick post run stretches’ but as they are meant for afterwards - what can I do beforehand?

I would suggest to pick a short routine that prepares you for your run, good with focus on core or glute strength or posture or one of the morning routines would be nice too to prepare the body. Do the stretch routine after your run (doesn’t have to be straight after but throughout that day).🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
