As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers kzread.infoUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!
The sequences are designed with such intelligence in relation to the breath, exertion, and stretching. I am a retired dancer so I am rather particular 😊 Again this is a wonderful sequence I will return to again and again. Thank you!

Hi there 😊 I had to purchase a foam roller as I had a trapped neck nerve and some of the physio exercises to help included using a foam roller! Now it’s better ( thank goodness!) .. I wondered what workouts I could do using it then discovered your workouts which are brilliant … Pilates is the way forward I think now for me and the foam roller effect makes it more fun 😊

Hi Patricia, thank you for joining me on the mat. If the roller felt too hard, place a blanket over it to soften the surface for when you do the roll down, it might help a bit. 🙏🙏😊

Dear Katja,thank you so much for this wonderful class😇...i just found out that my foamroller (from Decathlon) is pretty hard and i would like to look for a new one, probably softer...? Please can you help me choosing a good one? Because there are so many ...prosoft, pro...etc...thank you😉
Doing a roll down/up on a foam roller when you're 5'10" is impossible! 😂 Great class. Definitely need to strengthen my hamstrings!!

Hi Magda, instead of a foam roller you could use a big towel that you roll up tightly. You wont have the balance element like you have with a foam roller but some exercises still work well with a firm towel / blanket roll. Give it a try. 🙏😊🙏

Hi Sylvia, is your black roll long enough? If it's a short one, you could roll up a large towel tightly so it's firm and use that instead. 🙏🙏😊
