This was deceiving: I slightly laughed at your one kg until I didn’t !😂😊I started off with 5 kg each arm , very soon dropped it to 3 kg, again after a couple of reps to 2 kg until I arrived at you 1 kg. I now know why. 😂 Very, very good exercises I have never come across before like this. Very good. These will be my go-to when I fancy short, effective session. Thank you, Katja. They were very good. ❤
