This was really unique! I loved how the roller ‘massaged’ my muscles. Lying on the roller was interesting balance work. Roll Like a Ball with the roller under the legs was fun. The Swan with the roller was amazing: I find Swan very challenging bc I’m not really flexible in my upper back; the roller made the move different, I could really feel my lats engaged. Really great, creative w/o.

I have to thank you for your wonderful foam roller class. I’ve been suffering from lumbar disc disease and had terrible back pain for 2 months. I’ve just been doing all sorts of yoga and pilates. And after a session of your foam roller class, I’m finally pain free ❤ thank you so much

Hi Rosa, you are welcome 💖 For this workout you can't really substitute the roller. In some of my other videos there are exercises you are able to use a towel when you are lying on your back.

Haha yes. The long rollers are amazing for workouts, rolling or if you have any consistent tightness in your back. They are well worth the investment.
What men to use if I don't have a roller. They will recommend a video to me without violating the 7-day challenge
I would like more descriptive words to take me through the routine so that I’m not having to raise my head to look at the screen
