this was wonderful!! I loved it! The band makes some of the moves easier: e.g. using it eases the discomfort in my hip flexor during Leg Circle (from bringing the leg to 90•). And it makes some moves harder e.g. using the band while pumping in the Hundreds. I used only my long green band this time, but next time I will bring out other props I have, like my mini-band (for Clams) and my no-roll band for Forward-Up-Down-Back. Thank u!

First time doing this workout today and I loved it. Really liked the calmness of your voice and the gentle flow if the movements. I’ve never done a lot of these moves and I’ve been around the KZread exercise land for a loooonnnnggg time! Using the Band for sit ups is a great idea! Thanks for posting! 🙏
