I have a walking disability and my leg causes me a lot of trouble and also I'm extremely anxious to workout in a gym or crowded places because of my leg, but your videos make me feel so comfortable and happy about working out, I love them
Here’s the thing. kzread.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.
This is my favorite Pilates video! I love this sequence's fluidity and the creative use of my favorite prop. Also, how those seated rows emulate work on the reformer and the subtle biofeedback work in the intro and outro.

Omg that was amazing, 🎉 never experienced a Pilates class like this (I used to think Pilates was boring!) but now I’m a convert - sooo much kinder on your body than yoga & much more intense strength building ! Love, love, loved this class! Although I think I need a new band mine is sooo short 😂

Really lovely class Lottie. I love the resistant band and use it alot when I teach but I love doing other instructors classes because everyone's style of teaching is so different and it's lovely to see how you use the band differently to how I do. Really enjoyed it xx Emma xx

FABULOUS XX btw how long are your bands? 2 metres?
I carry a resistance band in my pocket when I take my dog walking - with an average speed approx 1 mile/hour I have plenty of time to perform several upper body, arms & shoulders exercises and stretches.
Why is this one not in the app? Or how do I find it? I see you have 3 more Theraband videos here on KZread. Could you make them searchable in the app, please? That would be wonderful for user experience.
Can I do this with looped resistance bands?

I don't think all the exercises would work with a loop band as it needs to be long but you could try the ones on the back like the curl ups, hundred and the bridges where it's in your hands. :)
Possible to do excercises during 2nd trimester of pregnancy?
At 8: 10 just listen to the sound and dont see the video....its feels so diiferent
