Beth, love your classes, would like to see you identify them as easy, intermediate, advanced, very advanced. I'd love to see very advanced options for 30 min or less. I'm having to increase the speed to 1.25. Pls keep them coming!

Hi there, thank u very much for this video. I really enjoy doing it. But can I download this video? Because I want to practice this one every day and It's easier to watch it in a video player rather than utube. Also in my region I must use a VPN to be able to open utube. Thank you

How long does it take to transform your body from fat to fit?
i have been so, so stressed and tense lately, as well as feeling grossed out with + out of touch with my body. this grounded me in exactly the way i needed. i feel good. thank you :)
