Dear Katja, I'm so happy I found your pilates classes! I do them 3 times a week, each time a different full body workout. All are great, but the best of the best is the one with the overball. It's my 3rd week doing your pilates and I already feel the changes in my body! I used to go to pilates class in the local gym years ago and we had the best teacher, I loved it. Then I moved to another town, where there is no pilates on offer for miles around, sadly... I missed pilates so much I tried some lessons on the youtube, but none of them suited me. The ball provides so much more feedback into the deep core. Even the pelvic floor, adductors and pretty well down the entire midline. Excellent!

Found your workouts at the start of lockdown and have done one every day since! I have enjoyed every single one. Full body workouts are great, but this one is probably my favourite. I love using equipment for Pilates. Although I have done Pilates classes for a couple of years, I have learnt so much more from yours, particularly with breathing and correct movements. Thank you ... I loved this pilates class. Compliments my other workouts which include biking and rollerblading. One additional thing I would like to see incorporated......small weights to use for some of the arm exercises. That would make it near perfect!

Hi Anne, thank you for your comment. There is a new standing workout using a resistance band coming soon. You could replace it using small weights :)
Dear Katja your courses are very carefully planned and executed and they really work. Maybe it would be better to have a quicker pace though. But of course, you are the expert. Thank you.

🙏🏼😊 Appreciate your feedback. My style was always more on the slower side to allow time for paying attention to detail. I think you can speed the video up if you click on the video settings - playback speed. maybe that helps?

Hi Laurie, pls would you try using a different device to see if the volume makes any difference? The microphone is attached to the top of my top, so very close to my mouth. we keep checking so not sure why it's so quiet on your end... 🙏🏼
