Fun strength workout! Though it was a full body workout i didnt feel much in my lower body using 3kg weights… my HR was high from the squats i believe. Thanks for this low impact movements! Fitbit: 140bpm avg, 165bpm max, 193cals.

Just brilliant, I used different weight dumbbells so was changing weights in between exercises because of some joint issues but oh it was superb. Many thanks for sharing.
