    This workout completely surprised me. I wasn't expecting it to be as challenging since it was most weights not cardio but I was wrong! Burned a total of 236 calories and I feel great ❤ I absolutely love your workouts

    Added this onto the end of the 40 min step cardio. Fell in love with the stretch/warmup. Felt great after that cardio step workout. Burned 198 active calories. 146bpm and dripping sweat now. The perfect ended to the cardio! 💚🖤💚🖤💚🖤💚🖤💚💚
